Forgotten

Forever

     Rey got many stares as she walked through the base next to Ben. He led her by the hand and walked powerfully. She took note of his stance and tone and copied it. She had never been in charge of anything other than raid groups. Ben lead them to the meeting room and walked up a set of stairs to a large stage. Rey followed him and watched as people gathered in front of the stage.
     "I, as Supreme Leader Ben Solo-"
     "Ben Solo?!" Someone shouted.
     "A disgrace to the Ren name!"
     "Enough!" He yelled, grabbing his saber. "If anyone chooses to disrespect me they can have a dance with my saber." He growled. "Now you may address me as Supreme Leader and nothing else. This here, is my other Supreme Leader."
     "Is that Rey of Jakku?"
     "The prisoner?"
     "No, the scavenger."
     "Take note that she is your Supreme Leader as well. You may call her Rey, Rey Solo, Supreme Leader, and nothing else. She also has a saber she'd be happy to use."
     The crowd became silent as they realized that there were two Jedis as their leaders. Rey touched her saber in her belt and smiled. "There's no need to fear me, but if it comes to it, I know how to use the force."
     A few whispers rippled through the crowd and Ben took her hand. "Let me take you to our quarters."
     They went to a large room with a black silk bed in the middle. Black garments and shoes were scattered on the floor. His broken helmet laid on the dresser. She glanced at it and looked out the window. It was a cold planet. She didn't know where they were, but snow was gathering at the top of the mountains. The sunlight was beginning to melt it, though, which was good for her. Jakku was a blazing hot planet, and this seemed like the opposite.
     "I hope you're comfortable here." He whispered to her.
     She smiled. "Better than Jakku ever was."
     He opened the closet and handed her a white crown. "W-where did you get this??"
     "Once I met you, I knew I wanted you to be my Queen. I had this crown crafted for you. Even when you rejected me, I still kept it." He placed it on top of her head. "It's yours."
     She looked up at him. "Forever?"
     "Forever." He confirmed.
