"Ugh. This gets me so mad!" Rafe exclaimed, pacing quickly around the basement. He had just returned from dropping Katelyn off at her house and Leo had showed up.
"I have an idea. Let's pee in his cologne." Leo said.
"No. We can't do that. That would be too much of an improvement. Ugh."
Rafe explained and continued pacing.
"Why are there so many jerks in my life now?"
"I don't know. Whoa! It looks like we've just received a generous donation from one of them." Leo said.
"What? Is that.."
"Yep. Bear's credit card number. How nice of Bear to fund phase two of Operation Rules Aren't For Everyone. And maybe some new kicks." Leo said, pointing to Rafe's old shoes.
Rafe grinned and started to sketch the plan.

Rafe was at Hills Valley Middle School at 3 A.M.
"Forget drawing. You may be missing your call as an electrical engineer. Or a bank robber." Leo stated, watching Rafe unscrew the bolts from the school speaker system.
Rafe looks at Leo and they both laugh.
"Seriously, I think I'm learning more by breaking the rules then I ever have by preparing for some dumb test." Rafe confessed, pulling the cover of the speaker.
Leo then handed a machine to Rafe, who took it with a smile and attached the wires to the speaker. When the machine was correctly installed, Rafe turned it on. The school's bell rang and was soon accompanied by a farting sound. They both smiled in victory.
The next day, Rafe opened his locker and took out his new sketchbook. He flipped to the rule page and crossed out Rule 12: No tampering with school equipment. Rafe closed the notebook and put it back in his locker and closed the metal door. He then turned around and leaned on the lockers and smiled, waiting for his masterpiece to make an appearance.
"What's up Rafe?" Katelyn asked, leaning on the lockers next to the boy.
"Nothing much."
The school rang, and soon a farting noise sounded throughout the school.
"Oh my god, that's hilarious." Katelyn laughed.
Rafe smiled when he heard the other students also laugh.
"Seriously. Whoever is behind all this, is my personal hero!"
"Oh yeah?" Rafe raised his eyebrow.
"Of course."

Rafe peeked out from the door frame, watching Principal Dwight checking himself out in front of his big mirror. The principal put on his hat, and frowned. He tried adjusting it and heard a squish from the hat. Dwight lifted the hat, only to find hot pink hair dye on his head. He gasped loudly.
"Oh, no! No!" Dwight screamed.
Bella, who was in the room previously, noticed the noise and turned around. She laughed and instantly took a picture of the screaming principle. She then texted her friend with the picture as an attachment.
Rafe laughed and headed back to class.
After school, Rafe and Leo walked past a crowd of students, taking pictures of the school sign, which was littered with graffiti.
"Dude. I can't believe people are actually into our work." Rafe said to Leo.
"Bro. We're trending, Rafe! This is the work of the legends."
"Hey." Rafe stopped and showed Leo his opened notebook. He uncapped his black felt-tip pen and crossed out Rule 54: No graffiti.
"Done." Rafe said, smugly.
"I wish there was one person who I could share all this with." Rafe said.
"What, like, besides me? No way! Way to risky, man. Like, come on!" Leo responded.
"What about Katelyn? I know she wouldn't spill my secret. Maybe she could help with the rule breaking."
"Rafe, come on dude. We have to keep this a secret. Besides, she hasn't even seen our greatest prank yet. Didn't she say that whoever is behind this is her hero? You have to impress her."
"Hmm. I guess you're right. But I still feel guilty keeping this from her."
As the pair passed the corner of the building, Miller came out and captured Rafe in a headlock. He then gave Rafe a noogie.
"'Dear diary, I'm a loser.'"
Miller then shoved Rafe off of him, smirking.
"It's not a..."
His notebook was smacked out of his hands, courtesy to Miller.
"...diary."
"MILLER! Get your filthy hands off of him!" sounded a female voice.
The bully turned his head around, only to be greeted with a solid punch in the nose. Rafe heard an audible crack when the fist came in contact with Miller's face. Rafe cringed.
"Who the hell did that?" asked Miller, now furious and holding what seemed to be a broken nose.
"That would be me. You got a problem with that?" Katelyn said, glaring at the boy.
"Ha! Would you look at that? The girlfriend comes to the rescue. Hey, Khatcha-dorkian. How does it feel to be weaker than your girlfriend?"
Rafe saw Katelyn blush at Miller's comment.
"We're not dating, Miller." Katelyn seethed.
Miller turned to look at the smaller girl and glared.
"That hurt like hell, Summers. I'm going to get you back. You better watch out from now on."
"Says the one with a broken nose, Miller. You better get it checked out." Katelyn retorted, crossing her arms.
"Hmmf. Later, Khatcha-borian." replied Miller, shoving Rafe with his shoulder.
Rafe sighed and went to pick up his fallen notebook. He stood up and patted the dust off his clothes.
"Hey, you ok?" Katelyn said with worried eyes.
"Yeah. I'm fine. Thanks for breaking Miller's nose. And that punch was crazy. Remind me to never get on your bad side." Rafe joked.
"Oh. That. Yeah, he's been getting on my nerves recently. I figured, since you sit in front of him in Teller's, he would bother you too. Guess I wasn't wrong." Katelyn grinned.
"We should head to club rush now." Rafe said, running a hand through his messed up hair.
"Ah. Sorry, I can't go with you. I have to talk to my English teacher." Katelyn apologized.
"Oh no. It's fine. It's not like I wanted to spend time with you or anything hahaha." Rafe blabbed.
The girl raised her eyebrow and smiled.
"I'm kidding dork. Yeah I'll go with you. I wanna congratulate Jeanne on her speech, even though she doesn't have a high chance of winning. She deserves it." Katelyn giggled.
Rafe sighed with relief.
"Let's go, shall we?" Rafe said.
"Yep."
