Their house has a constant smell of baking bread and ladies perfume. Gina is so caring and makes the best chocolate chip cookies you don't even know.

"Hey do you play?" Jai asks holding up a controller that he and his twin are using to play a football game.

"I've never played but James and Daniel are always raving about it. FIFA isn't it?" I ask he nods and chucks me a spare controller.

"Beau will help you." Luke says eyeing Beau.

"Ok this button moves you this one kicks and this on steals the ball from others." He says pointing to certain buttons as he goes.

"I'm gonna beat you" I shrug.

These guys are great company. I'm so glad that I invited them to sit with is.

"What? how? You have totally played before!" Luke says after I thrashed him in his game.

"Ok I may have lied." I tease

"Bitch" Luke says but with terrible timing as Gina walks in but she doesn't scold him she just laughs.

"Oh you guys keep me young."

"Muuuuuum" the three Brooks groan.

"Charlie are you staying for tea?" she asks looking at me.

"Well if your dinner is as good as you cookies then of course." I giggle.

"Cool are your parents ok with it though?" Beau looks at me.

"They won't care" I smile.

"Boys your boring us were going to my room." Beau says yanking my arm into his room.

"Sooooo..." I say awkwardly

"I need to ask you something" He seems serious

"Ok"

"I think your amazing, your pretty, sweet, kind, popular, loving, hot and you don't think I'm a complete loser and" he trails off.

"And?" I blush. How could one boy I've only just met have such an effect on me?

"Do you want to got our sometime? Like on a date." he blushes and after realising his cheeks are a deep red he covers his face.

"Of course, you adorable" I answer making him blush even more.

Wait why would I think him a loser?

"Why would you be a loser?"

"Oh no reason"

I brush it off and stand up straitening up my uniform and sticking my hand out to help him up off the bed.

"C'mon mate"

"YOU JUST GOT FRIEND-ZONED" Luke and Jai yelled from the door.

"Actually he didn't so you can go back to you little kids game and morn over how you don't have a girlfriend"

"Ooooooo she just doesn't like you two, first she beats you are that game you love so much and now she's sassing you" I add a little sassy click at the end for effect.

"You guys suck"

"We know" I shrug pulling Beau past the two but jobs and into the kitchen.

"Ohhh smells amazing Gina!"

"Thanks"

"What is it?"

"Spaghetti bolognese, my special recipe"

"Can't wait"

"We're going to the park" Beau interrupts our conversation.

"Ok be back by 6"

I once again get yanked but this time out the front door and to the park.

I love this family and I love this boy!
