CHAPTER-12

"What the" Arnav skillfully dodged the punch...
"Arnavji...." shouted Khushi by the sudden attack on her husband...she can see a woman throwing punches, kicks on him...she tried to go towards him but Akash and Nk held her tight...

"What are you doing? Go help him..." Khushi screamed on them but they didn't move...

"Bhabhi relax...Bhai can handle..."said Nk and excitedly watch the match....
The lady threw another punch with a kick but Arnav dodged her....he is in total defence mode....
"So you will not fight back...that's good..." said the lady smirking and punched him again and this time it hit him hard, blood oozed out his mouth...now who can stop Khushi after this....before the lady can attack once more she clasped her hand and pushed her hard surprising them all....the lady stumbled back few steps....

Khushi hurriedly sat beside Arnav wiping the blood....tears rolled down her eyes...
"I am fine..." whispered Arnav wiping her tears...
"Chotte?" Asked the lady with her one eyebrow raised..."Am I missing something?"
"She is my wife...Khushi Singh Raizada..." said Arnav getting up from the floor...
"What the....She is your wife? Your wife....Oh my god Chotte...I can't believe my little Chotte got married..." the lady jumped in joy and hugged Arnav tightly showering kisses all over his face...

"Maa don't overeact...I am not a little boy now..." Arnav said freeing himself from her and wipped his face irritatingly making her pout...while Khushi stood stunned by the new information....

"Maa?" Asked Khushi...Arnav nodded....

" Yah Bhabhi...she is our mother Avantika Singh Raizada..." said Nk hugging her...
"But Arnavji said he was an orphan..." said Khushi confused....Arnav held her hands lovingly...

"Sorry to hide this...I had to do this....I was undercover when I met you..." Arnav explained calmly....tears rolled down her eyes...
"You should have told me...." whispered Khushi....

"I had told you I will tell you everything with time....Khushi in our profession we are always being followed and watched....I don't know when who is watching me...it was necessary for Maa too...." said Arnav cupping her face... "Please trust me..." Khushi nodded....

"Its not his fault Khushi....We have to hide our identities when we are on duty....its the first and important rule..." said Pritam....
Akash too joined him...."and that is why we have to leave away from Maa....for her safety...."

"I don't need one....no one can defeat me...." Said Avantika with attitude making Arnav roll his eyes...

"That's true...Maa is one woman army..." said Nk hugging her tight...Akash too hugged her....
"Aaww my babies....you are looking so skinny...now no more training without eating loads of food" said Avantika kissing them all...
"Bari Maa I am here too...look at me..." cried Aman...
"Oh my poor baby....come here...you are the youngest and I love you the most..." said Avantika hugging Aman tight...
"Lie you love Bhai the most because you call Bhai Chotte so logically he is the youngest..." teased Nk...

"Shut up idiot..." shouted Arnav seriously...Khushi smiled at them all...

"Don't scare them Chotte...you all didn't grew up at all...now move let me meet my Chotte's love...."she said and cupped Khushi's face...

"Oh my god Chotte she is so beautiful...where did you find her? "
Khushi didn't knew how to react...she touched her feet to take blessings but Avantika stopped her...
"Your place is in my heart dear...I always wanted a daughter and now I got one that too a beautiful one...." said Avantika smilling....Khushi blushed at her comment...Arnav too smiled....
"Now come....food is waiting...." shouted Avantika....

"Yay..." shouted Akash, Nk and Aman and followed her along with Pritam whereas Arnav took Khushi into their room to get freshed....

Arnavji..." Khushi called Arnav as soon as he came out of the washroom...

"Hmm" Arnav replied clutching her from behind nuzzling her neck...

"I...I want to know...everything....I feel there is something you are hiding to me....please...atfirst Maa Papa and Buaji got kidnapped and then Lavanya...I think all these are connected....please answer me..."  Khushi asked him desperately....Arnav let out a sigh and kissed her forehead...he cupped her face lovingly....

" Relax...everything will be fine...I will bring them back...I am not a police officer...I am a raw agent... undercover field agent...all this is connected to something very big....please I cant tell you anymore...its not safe for you...I am here to hide you...I have to bring all of them back and for that I have to be sure that you are safe and no place more than this can be safer...please..." said Arnav lovingly...Khushi hugged him tight...
"Please be safe..."

" I will..." whispered Arnav and was about to capture her lips when out of nowhere they heard Avantika...

" Chotte are you coming....Nk will finish the food if you get a second late..." Arnav rolled his eyes whereas Khushi giggled and both headed out...

After relishing their mother's handmade food after so long...all were busy with their work to track Lavanya....

" I know where she is?" Avantika said after seeing the details...

" Wow Maa...you are the best..." Nk hugged her tight...

"We need a plan..." Aman said in which Arnav nodded...his brain already working on it... In all these Khushi prepared some coffee for them as it was hours later they had taken food...Everyone thanked her dor the much needed coffee and took a short break...
Arnav noticed Khushi was thinking something...he tapped her shoulders and asked...

" What do you want to know?"Arnav asked taking her in surprise...Khushi hesitated but gaining some confidence 
she asked the most important question that was roaming in her mind from the time she got to know her intro...

"Maa why did you attack him?" Everyone looked at eachother at her naive question...they forgot to mention the most impotant info about their mother....

"Well...she is Avantika Singh Raizada...before she married to our Dad she was known as Avu in underworld....she...she is a topclass assassian..."Arnav replied calmly....

" What?" Came her surprised tone...

"Maa is the best...she has the best fighting skills...you know Bhai took his training from Maa only..." Akash said happily....

" You see my husband Dhruv Singh Raizada...he was an agent too and I got a contract to shoot him and collect some documents that he was carrying....he was on my gunpoint and I was ready to shoot him...that was the first time I saw the handsome man and then" but before she could continue...
Khushi  fainted falling strainght into Arnav's arm....
