01 - I Run Away From A 'Tree'

  I was on the run. The run from what you ask? Home.
  From the beginning if my middle school year, I started to notice everyone hating me. My step dad hates me. My mom ignores me and my dad.. I don't know about him.
My mom told me she was a partyholic and met my dad at a party. She said he comforted her when her friends embarrassed her by spilling a drink on her.
  The last thing she told me about him was how she lost him. That night at the party, she watched him drunkly walk into the street and got hit by a car. She told me it was like he just disappeared in thin air, no remains left.

  My hair was frizzy with sticks embedded in it. My face was dirty and my clothes were torn apart.
  I walked through the forest, tired but still energized. My body was carrying me a way I didn't even understand. I had never been in this forest before and I ended up knowing a place to go.
I leaned against a tree, huffing.
  "Just.. Need.. Sleep!" I moaned, falling to the ground, my body throbbing.
I then got kicked in the head.
  I looked up and saw a petite girl, crossing her arms and starring at me.
  "What are you doing! Have some respect!" The girl yells.
  I rub my eyes. "What? Who are you?" I asked tiredly.
  She growled, "You'd better get running now because if you don't, we might have a problem."
  My eyes widened and I stood up, running in the direction on a hill.
  "Curse-- damn half--!" Her voice started being less clearer as I ran up the hill.
  I leaned against another tree, hoping this one wouldn't yell at me. Instead, I got shocked and threw me about 5 feet before I was hitting the ground.
  From there, I just blacked out, having no idea at all that I was at a camp.

  Everyone's heads turned to look at a girl. She was thrown far from Thalia's tree. Not again..
  I ran over to her and looked at Luke. I gestured him to help me get her to the Big House.

  We let her rest for a few hours. Well, she slept the whole night. Argus kept his eyes on her.

  I came to the Big House in the morning to see Argus had a cup of ambrosia.
  "I got this, Argus, you can go tell Chiron she woke up." I told him, taking the cup.
  He nodded and walked away.
I shook her shoulders and she woke up.
  "Wh-Who are you?" She asked, freaking out a bit.
  I shushed her, "Don't worry, you'll be fine. I won't hurt you. Just drink this. You'll feel better."
  I put the cup to her mouth and started to tilt it.
  After she had tasted a quarter of the glass, she took it and held it her mouth instead.
  "How you feeling?" I asked when she put the cup down on the side table.
  She signed happily. "Great."
  I looked at her hair. "I'm gonna have to take you to Aphrodite's cabin.." I told her
She nodded and I grabbed her hand, pulling her out of the Big House.
