;you;
I stood before the railing, gripping my hands onto it. Either I die trying or I swim.
I took a gamble that was surely no 50 to 50 chance. Maybe 2.666% was that I would swim. 98.444% I couldn't.
I took that 2.666% chance and stood on the deck railing. I looked behind me. Nobody was there to scream my name. To tell me to stop, so I jumped.
When I landed in the water and started to flail my arms around, trying to get something to work. I was running out of breath quickly.
Then I was pushed up. I took that opportunity to put my arms above my head and push down. Hard.
I got to the surface almost immediately.
I took a big breath in the case that I wouldn't be back up. I started to move my arms while kicking my legs. Arms in front, push back. Kick. Kick. Kick.
Thank Poseidon this was working.
Next to me, a dolphin swam, often putting me back on track when I lost my motion and turning me where to go.
I was getting tired and my energy was threatening to sink me. I tried my best to keep my eyes open, but the dolphin swam under me.
I was actually riding a dolphin. I smiled to myself and closed my eyes. I didn't know where this dolphin was taking me but I hoped it was good.

The smell of smores lingered in the air as I woke up. Looking up at the sky, the stars were bright but a brighter light burned next to me.
"How are you feeling?" a deep voice asked.
"Let her open her eyes fully first," a feminine voice retorted.
I sat up. My clothes were wet to the point that they were almost dripping.
An dark skinned boy with shaved down dark brown hair stared at me next to a lighter skinned girl with dark brown, almost black hair that grew to her hourglass resembled waist.
"Who are you people and.. and where am I?"
The boy and the girl looked at eachother, locking eyes for a second. Cute.
"I'm Silena Beauregard and this is my boyfriend, Charles Beckendorff."
Charles smiled at me and Silena hugged his arm.
"Yo-You're half-bloods. I remember Silena.. she sung at the campfire that one night.

"Oh things couldn't be worse, when your parents run the universe." Luke sung.
"Oh things couldn't be worse, when your folks run the universe!"
"My dad is Hermes, he messengers things. You'll know his sign, by his shoes with those wings. I'd wait by the phone, but the phone never rings! Oh no! When your dad's a god, life can be tough. I met the guy once, and once was enough." Luke smiled. "Annabeth?"
"My mom's Athena, she's smart and she's wise. She's sworn off glutton and she's sworn off guys. But if she came to camp, It'd be a surprise. Oh no."
"Oh no."
"And my step mom, she hates me, my dad works all day. So I let Virginia and I ran away."
"Wait, is that true?" Percy asked.
Luke ignored him. "Everybody!"
"Oh things couldn't get worse, when your parents run the universe. Oh things couldn't get worse, when your folks run the universe."
"Who's next?" Luke called out.
Faith, a daughter of Demeter, cleared her throat. "My mom's Demeter, goddess of grain. She gets excited when it starts to rain. But planting and planting and planting's a pain. Oh no."
"Oh no."
"Right? For their sixteenth birthday, my friend's got a car. I got a fern in some dumb Mason Jar!"
"Ooh, ooh, my turn!" Grover yelled, all giddy.
"I'm a child of Pan, god of the wild. For those who love nature, they're often beguiled. He;s not really my dad, but I'm sort of his child. Oh no."
"Oh no." The campers said lazily.
"He went for a hike, to explore new frontiers. And no one has seen him for thousands of years!"
"Oh things couldn't get worse, when your parents run the universe. Oh things couldn't get worse, when your folks run the universe."
"Chiron, who's your dad?"
"Oh! Well.. My dad is Kronos...... Remember my lecture, he ate his children."
....
"Chiron wins," Luke said, breaking the silence.
"Yeah!"
"His dad's definitely the worst," Grover bleeped.
"How about you Selina?"
"The goddess of love, my mom's Aphrodite. She tries to be cool, but mainly she's flighty. I'll bring home a boy, and she's there in her nightie!"
"OH NO!"
"It's so embarrassing gu-"
--
I didn't remember much after that. All I remembered after that was the great time I spent with people. One of the best nights of my life. The night I had fell in love with Kronos' servant..
