Housekeeping for Rammstein

Months go by

Months had passed in the house and Laura was lounging in the back yard watching the sunset and reminiscing about all the fun that happened.
She smiled as she remembered the past summer when she and Ollie took a road trip to the Black Forrest to hike, camp and spend time together in nature. They spent the whole week talking about absolutely everything: music, family, philosophy, the past and the future.  The trip brought them closer than ever and made them confident in their relationship.
Laura sighed happily as she leaned back and scrolled through her phone, pausing at a video that had been taken a few weeks ago. She cracked a smile as she pressed play, it was a video of her sitting with Paul and Richard as they both played their acoustic guitars laughing and singing random words to the melody they were playing. They had had a cookout to celebrate finishing their album and there had been lots of food, alcohol and laughs. Even though they were happy to have it finished they knew the tiring days would continue after the album was released; press conferences, interviews, tours. Laura continued to scroll through her photos and videos, reminiscing; pictures of impromptu swimming competitions with Till and Ollie, photos of her learning to play various instruments with the other members, snapshots of pranks they pulled on each other. She had quite a few hilarious photos of Paul and Schneider with lovely permanent marker drawings on their sleeping faces.
Laura was spacing out thinking about the past when she heard the patio door open behind her, the boys must've been back from another interview. Ollie walked to where she was sitting and picked her up, sitting where she had just been before setting her on his lap. Laura snuggled into his chest.
"Missed you" she murmured softly. He laughed quietly and pressed his nose in her hair,
"We weren't gone that long....but I missed you as well" he replied before kissing her head. They sat together for a few minutes, decompressing and enjoying each other's company when Laura suddenly jumped up.

"Oh fudge you guys must be starving! I need to go start dinner right away." She raced inside before Ollie could pull her back. He chuckled quietly to himself as he stretched out onto the chair again and relaxed for a while. After a while he decided to go inside, as he walked in he immediately heard the sound of pots and pans clattering in the kitchen as Laura scrambled to whip something up for the 6 hungry German men. 30 minutes later everything they could possibly want for a taco and burrito feast had been prepared and set out in the dining room to be devoured; and devoured it was. 

With stomachs full and conversation finished, the members split into their respective rooms to wind down after the events of the day. Laura and Ollie retired to their shared room to cuddle and watch some Monty Python. After a while Ollie turned to her, looking nervous.

"So since the album is finished me and the guys don't really have a need to stay in the house anymore..."

'Oh god,' she thought as he paused, 'It's happening, he's going to leave me and I'll be stuck alone and out of a job again' she started internally panicking as he continued his sentence.

"I was wondering if you...wanted to move into my place in Berlin with me, until the tour started of course." Laura felt a grin slowly spread onto her face until her cheeks started to hurt. She hurriedly nodded before flinging her arms around his shoulders as they kissed. They continued to discuss the details to the move in between laughs and kisses as the sounds of Monty Python slowly faded into the distance.

Over the next couple days everyone was busy packing up clothes, equipment and food to depart to their own homes until the tour started. Laura sighed as she helped pack the last of their boxes into Ollie's car, she was going to miss this place filled with so many beautiful memories and laughs; this place where she met the love of her life and some of her best friends. Ollie wrapped his arms around her waist as they both looked up at the house they were about to leave, sad to go but excited for the new adventures they would have together. As the car pulled out of the driveway, Laura looked over at Oliver and smiled as they intertwined hands, ready for a new chapter in their life.

Hello peeps, it's been a while hasn't it?

I'm so sorry that it has been so long and that this chapter is so short but I wanted to get something out. I have been so busy with work and my toddler that I have had no time to sit down and write. I hope you enjoy the chapter even if it is short, let me know what you think and if you want more with Laura going on tour with them. Also let me know if you want me to expand more on Laura and Ollie's trip to the Black Forrest in a chapter.
