It has been a week since Gabrielle went missing, and Cair Paravel has a dark gloom of mystery over it. Each and every person and animal, was searching and hoping for their princess, and soon to be queen, to return safely.Behind the locked doors of Edmunds room, he lead in bed with a frown stuck harshly upon his face. He dreamt about her last night, horrible things were happening to her. Of course, he knew they didn't like each other much, but since she ran up to him and hugged him in absolute distress, he felt pitty. Not love, or like towards her, but he somehow felt similar to the girl who always put a confident front on.
He lead and wondered about how Grace and James must be feeling. They've lost their daughter, and they don't even know what's happened to her. Yes, the night of pushed her away and out way too much pressure on her, but they're family after all.
Edmund stood up shirtless, and went over to his desk, staring at his own bruised reflection in the mirror. He had a pretty large sword fight in the cages the other day, which didn't end calmly. Edmund being Edmund, lost his temper and snapped.
However, he still stared at himself, with disgust in his eyes. "We should be doing more..." he said to himself, shaking his head in shame. "She could be hurt, her innocence could be gone." He kept talking to his reflection like a mad man. "In the hands of men, who knows-" he paused him self in disgust, and swallowed harshly.
A loud knock then broke the conversation with himself, in which he stood up, still shirtless, and opened the door. Lucy's small figure was stood in the hallway, look up at Edmund.
"Have they got anymore news Ed?" She spoke softly, "Have they?"
Edmund turned around, letting Lucy follow him Ito his room and sitting herself on the bed in awe. "No,nothing."
Lucy looked to the floor, "I liked Gabrielle-"
Edmund froze, "you LIKE her." He corrected, Interrupting her completely.
Lucy looked up again, baffled at what he said. "What?"
"Don't talk about her like she's gone-dead. She'll be ok, she will." He attempted to convince her, but he knew he was trying to convince himself aswell.
Lucy nodded in understanding and cleared her throat. "I keep looking in her room, trying to find something that could mean anything. At this point, I'm even considering looking through her bins." Lucy joked, but immediately sighed in defeat.
Edmund sent a barely visible smile towards her, before Lucy slapped her legs and stood up. "I'm going to go, Susan is making me go show the new recruits around for Gabrielle's arrival." Lucy smiles before heading out, but look back at him when she got to the door. "It'll be okay Ed,"
Edmund shrugged his shoulders, "I know, maybe it's good in a way, I didn't want to marry her." He shot back. Lucy shook her head, and walked out without another word, closing the door.
Edmund sat back down in deep thought. "How could they take her without her knowing...how?"

"LET ME OUT!" Gabrielle screamed, she had lost weight. Even in a week. All they've been giving her is leftovers from peoples food. Half eaten meat and mouldy apples. Dirty water, that didn't help her sore throat.
She was now giving up. She had tried every possible way of getting out. Bribery, violence, escape. Everything, at one point she even laid still, and dead like, but the men just mocked her, calling her weak. Didn't care if she was dead or alive.
Gabrielle has been forced to change, and since her punching the man with the beards face, she had been chained to a beam in the dark corner. Away from any light.
