—Chapter five—
[Lonely]

I look at [S/N] softly, crossing my arms. [S/N] was fiddling with the ends of her hair nervously as she bit the bottom of her lip. We were both in my room, both sitting down on the bed as she had just tell me something that happened to her in school.

"So...you're telling me, this guy asked you out...he really likes you...you said yes, but you don't like him back." I re-said everything that I've understood from what she had explain to me.
[S/N] was blushing a bit, staring at the floor, somewhat ashamed of herself.

"Y-Yeah..." Before I can speak, she leans towards me, her eyes giving me a pleading look. "Please don't tell dad or mom..! Y-you know...that I'm dating someone!" She begged, her hands now gripping the end of my shirt. I rolled my eyes and patted her head.

"Don't worry sis. I'm keeping my mouth shut." She smiled up at me and grinned. But before she can even mutter a word, I spoke first. "But this is not right." I began in a stern and serious tone. Her smile dropped a bit as she looked at me cluelessly. "End things with him." I said bluntly.

[S/N] eyes widened as she looked at me with a look of disbelief. "Wh-What?" She knits her brows together as she gives me a look of confusion. "Why?"

I shake my head and sigh. "Do you honestly not know what you've gotten yourself into?" I questioned, slightly shocked that she was dense. [S/N] shook her head. "I don't think it's quite smart to date someone you're not even interested in. You're just playing with their feelings."

[S/N] eyes widened in realization as she looks away from my gaze. She began muttering under her breath about her feeling bad and saying that she was stupid. "B-But...I didn't want to hurt his f-feelings by rejecting him!" She said, sounding kinda guilty. "So I-I just play along a-and just try to make them h-happy!"

I placed both of my hands on her shoulders and shook her a bit. I looked at her in the eye and shake my head. "But your happiness matters too, not only your friends." I sigh and looked away.

"And the thing that's going to hurt the most is telling them that everything that happened never mattered."

My eyes shot wide open as i spring out of my bed. I groaned and placed a hand on my head. I had a slight headache from that dream I just had.

What was that just now?

I sigh and got out of my bed. My feet having contact with the cold ground. I quickly changed into comfortable clothing. I wanted to get some fresh air a bit and probably get something to eat. I exit out of my room and walk down the hallway. Everyone was probably still asleep so I tried my best to stay quiet.

I finally got out of the bar and began walking down the road. There was barely anyone in the street. I only saw a few people, like about five or eight and that's it. I pulled my hood over my head and looked down at my feet. For what ever reason, that last sentence I remembered bothered me a bit. It gave me a weird feeling...

I entered a local shop and head straight towards the snack aisle. I bought a few chips and other process food. I also decided to buy a soda, despite it being early in the morning. I walked over to the cashier and payed for everything. I just stole a few couple of yen from Shigaraki when he wasn't looking.
