SAM_/
Dad had come home, and went with Mom to their shared room, murmuring almost illegibly to Sam's ears. But she was lucky that she had good ears.
"What if this is connected to Diz's death?"
"Why is a THIRTEEN year old a high-risk pilot?!" Sam herself, unaware of the situation, balked at the fact. Things had to have been REALLY bad wherever Aviva had come from, if they hire underage. But what were the age laws there anyways?
"What's all this talk of a resistance? Against Vizion?"
Aviva herself was nearby, and she tensed up at the word 'Vizion'. Sam decided that she wanted some answers, and repeated what her dad had said. She nodded in affirmative. At the mention of Vizion, the alien seemed to become both extremely determined, and terrified. Sam wondered what Vizion must've been doing to trigger such a response.
After the creak of a chair in the next room, her dad entered the room, looking a bit worried, mostly keeping his lawyer stance. Aviva was sitting on a chair, because her legs were too weak to support her for a few more days. He pulled up a chair facing her, and so did her mother, and motioned for Sam and Alex to leave the room.
"But Mom, Dad-" Alex began, but her mother made a 'get OUT' gesture, and they promptly left, to avoid further conflict."

Sam and Alex's parents looked like they had no clue what in all flozwad was going on, but they began speaking anyway.
"What's with the badge?"
"Why is someone your age a pilot?"
"What's this resistance?"
"What has this got to do with Diz?!"
"How come you crashed on EARTH of all places?!"
Aviva thought that the set of parents were acting like really little kids at the moment, but she answered the best she could.
"My ID card, age limit down 'cause times, highly confidential information, Who the flozwad is Diz, and no clue."
The mother seemed to cool down, and wrote the answers on a sheet of paper, and asked about the age limit of pilots.
"Ten, but for other jobs like secretaries, you could be younger- always over six though, and general and commander jobs go to older folk."
Phil seemed to not be okay with that, but he relaxed and told the cyan pilot to go to Sam and Alex's room. The pilot in question felt relieved by that statement, and went to the bedroom.
Inside, the siblings had a mattress set up with a pillow and blanket, and asked how the questioning went.
"It was fine, your parents were like little kids when it came to the questions." Aviva packed a cheeky look with that text bundle. Sam laughed a little, and Alex piped up with a question.
"How in flozwad do you know our parents? My dad's not home yet, but I think you may know him."
Aviva tensed. How did these teenagers not know their parents's story? Hoping to find some answers, she narrated the tale.
Alex stayed in silence the whole time, looking like they were mulling things over. Sam spoke up, with a surprising addition to the story.
"Mom, Dad and Phred used to tell this story a lot, and Zack was always making references to it, but we always assumed Aliens weren't real. Until we met you, anyway. " She finished the statement with a sheepish grin, seeing the error her kid self had made.
Aviva, although surprised that the story was taken so well, wasn't that surprised at the fact that nobody on this green planet believed she existed. Earth was a Globalized planet after all. Thay only knew what was part of their little sphere of existence. She decided that she was too tired to put up with the sister's existential crisis, and went to sleep.
