Your POV
"Y/N honey," my mother says. "Yes" I say reading the last few pages of "IT" by Stephan King. Again...
"Put down that book, I need you listening" she says. I place my book in front of me, face down but still open to the page I'm on. "The Fairchilds asked me to be their new nanny," she says. I stare blankly at her. Again?
"I know I told you I'd get a different job so that we wouldn't have to move in to houses of strangers who don't have parents 24/7 but these kids need someone" she adds noticing my reaction. She inhales "The kids lost there parents, and other two Nanny's. One of them went insane. The little girl is still a little shaken up" she tells me. "Oh..." I feel growing more understanding.
"Pack up we're leaving next week."
Trigger Warning: this story actually has rough topics such as mental health, abuse, and suicide. If you struggle or struggled with any of these issues I advise you to please read something else. Wattpad is a big enough site you don't need to read something to put your mental health at risk.
