Chapter 1

*************2 Years Later*************

Augustus POV

I wake up at 5:00 A.M this morning due to Jamie crying. I Turn to face Hazel but she's not next to me. I get up to see where she is. I hear the crying start to stop so I go and check on Jamie. When I walk in, I see Hazel holding her and calming her down.

I put my arm around Hazel and look down at our baby girl. She is asleep again, now.

Hazel handed Jamie to me so I can put her back in her crib while she went to see if Jamie's crying woke Emily up.

Emily's cancer has went away. It went away about a year ago but she still has to wear her cannula sometimes.

She loves to play with Jamie. Everyday when she gets home from school, she runs to wherever Jamie is at and starts to play with her.

I put Jamie back into her crib and kiss her on her forehead. Hazel walked back into the room with Emily beside her. I guess Jamie woke her up.
