Chloe and I walk in the school. pretty typical you got the jocks/ popular boys you got the nerds the popular girls who always spread the rumors or the latest news there also in the popular girl group are the brats also know as the mean girls but don't be thinking about the movie and then country boys then the kinda weird people then last you have the in betweens and that's where i am.
"i got to go to my locker, do you wanna come with me?" i say to Chloe
"Sure" Chloe says so we walk to the 2nd floor of the school where my locker is.
"you better look behind you before its to late" Chloe says almost drooling
"Whyyyy.." i say turning around to see the mos hottest guy in school Jake he plays football but he not the captain, but i would never have a chance with him he's to popular and i think he's out of my league. And before you know girls were all over him ugh but the best part he's 2 lockers down from mine i have locker #346 and his is #349 . the best! when he gets to his locker that usually when his crew leaves.. thank god!
"Well i better go to my locker see you in class"Chloe says still checking out Jake.
"ok see you later then" and she walks away, and me putting the books in my locker ad taking out the ones i need. I closed my locker sorting through my papers not looking where i was walking and at the same time Jake closed his turning around then us colliding together and me falling on my butt and papers flying everywhere! Great just Great!
"Im so sorry" Jake's dreamy voice said
"no i wasn't looking where i was going so i'm sorry" i say
"me neither" he said with i little laugh ..soo cute!
"guess we're even then?" i say
"i guess , let me help you up " Jake said holding out his hand with my papers in the other. so i grab it and he lifts me up without any problem
"thank you" i say looking down i little shy now
" no problem and here"Jake said handing me my papers
"thanks" i say slightly blushing now
"Kayla are you okay?" Jake asked
"yeah never better" i say about to walk away but then a hand grabbed my wrist
" you look cute when you blush" now i felt even more blush flushing my cheeks
"thanks..wait huh!" i say looking at him now
"you don't take compliments easy do you"Jake said with a smirk
"i never get them unless its my friends or family" i say kinda down now
"well you should because your beautiful, and you need to be reminded every day" Jake said with a truthful smile so without thinking i go in for a hug and he kinda loses his balance
"Thank you so much" i say and my cheek buried against his warm chest
"your welcome " he said returning the hug wrapping his arms around me
"i wish i would have people like you telling me I'm beautiful but that doesn't happen" i say letting g from the hug, then Jake does a thinking look
"whats your number ?" he asked.. did Jake just ask me for my number!!
"uhh (my number)" i say and he pulls out his phone and types it in
"what about your number?" i say and then he smirks at his phone then looks up at me and smiles
"well see you around Kay kay" Jake says and turns around going down the hallway.. he just gave me a nick name
"then why-" i got cut off
"bye" he said and he turned the corner and was out of my sight and my phone went off.

i smiled down at the text and started to blush and then at the corner of my screen i seen the time and shoved my phone in my pocket gathered all my books and papers and ran down the hall opposite from jake and as soon as the late bell went off i just entered my first period class.. Math!

Well i hope you liked this chapter and this book so far, and i think im going to start trying to write longer chapters.
