Aminat and her mother left for hospital.

Her mother kept ignoring Aminat's reluctance as she was driving.

The hospital wasn't really far, it was just 10mins ride.
They got to the hospital "Trinity Hospital" and they both alighted.

You are welcome ma, the nurses said.

Good afternoon, I'll like to get pregnancy test done for my daughter.

Nurse: What's your name little girl
Aminat: My name is errm  Aminat.
Nurse: Do you know me?
Aminat: (Looking her from head to toes)  No ma.
Nurse: Do you know  Musa ?
Aminat: (Her head rang profusely, sweats find way to her forehead) Yes I know him.
Nurse: OK, I'm Musa's mother, I once saw you with him, I hope he......

Madam Balykis cut her off "will you please do what I asked you to do" she said angrily.

I'm sorry ma, Nurse Adeoti said and smiled.

My daughter I'll like to get your urine sample, I hope you haven't eaten?

Yes, she hasn't (Madam Balykis said).

Aminat was not herself, she has never been tensed like that, everything seems bad to her, she knows already that she is pregnant, she was already thinking of lobbying with the nurse , maybe she could give her some huge amounts of money to manipulate the result and later find a way to abort the pregnancy, but things already getting bad, she knows firmly that Musa was the last person she had sex with and with no doubt he is responsible for it and now this is Musa's mother, how would she convince her to manipulate result?

Aminat was inside for long, the nurse was confused and tried to look for her in the rest room, "she knocked"

Aminat heard "Daughter in-law" and her mind scattered. Nurse I want to abort this child, please stop calling me daughter in-law.

God forbid, Musa is my only son, I can't take that from you "thank God your mother even brought you here".

She collected the urine sample and they both left.

Mrs Balykis was there wondering why they were taking so much time in there.

They appeared to her face and she said to Aminat "Why that late, Oya sit down here".

The  nurse entered to the lab with two other nurses.
