Daniel POV

I finally kissed her but everything went so fast, the gunshot sound, people screaming, Rose was behind me all the time. I was busy shooting all of them. I called Liam for backup.

I cut the call and suddenly rose hugged me for behind.

"Daniel I am afraid, we will die" she said and I can see fear in her voice, she was crying.

Then I told her that we will be fine and we will stay together and I hugged her tightly and she suddenly turned around with me in her arms and now I was standing in her place. she buried  her face in my neck.

Then I saw blood on my hand and it was not mine, blood was coming out from Rose shoulder. I saw a guy holding gun, I immediately shot him. By now rose was loosing more and more blood.

I asked her why did she do that for me

"He was going to shoot you" she said stammering. She lost her balance and I quickly grabbed her not wanting her to fall on ground.

"Rose open your eyes we will be in the hospital in 5 minutes "I said picking up her in bridal style.

"Its paining Daniel" she said and tears were falling from her eyes I can't see her like this I told my driver john to increase the speed.

"Just few minutes baby we will be there " I said and hold her hand I called  Aaron and told him to get the doctor ready in my mansion.

I quickly grabbed rose unconscious body in my bedroom. I laid her on my bed and quickly doctor attended her and told me to left the room.

This is all happening because of me. I shouldn't have drag her in my world. But I can't even leave her after what she did for me, she had win my heart by saving me which no one has done except my friends. and now I will protect her with my life.

Finally after 1 hour doctor came out

"How is she?, Is she alright?" I asked him.

"She is alright Mr. Miller but will be unconscious for some hours" he said and left.

I went inside my bedroom and saw my baby. She was looking pale. Bandage were wrapped around her shoulder. I went near her and sat beside her. I kissed her forehead and hold her hand.

Till now no one has done anything for me except my friend you are the first girl to do it and now you have my heart. I bend down near her ear and said thank you for saving me.

After sometime Aaron came in my bedroom

"How is she" he asked looking at her.

"She is fine" I said

"We need to talk about it Daniel" he said in serious tone

"Yeah, gather all of them and meet me in meeting room in 5 minutes" I said and he went out.

Before going I kissed her on her hand and told my maid to look after her and if she wake up call me immediately.

When I entered in room all were ready for my command I went and sat on my chair.

Alex came forward with laptop in his hand

"I have checked the CCTV footage and I have find out that they were already waiting for your arrival they came from backside and hide there, they were waiting for right time to shoot you" he said and showed me the footage

I saw a man having dragon tattoo on his neck that means that they were from dragon dream. They are trying from years to kill me to take my position but they never win and never will.

"You told me that they were already waiting for my arrival that means someone have told them that I am going at that restaurant. so from our gang someone have leaked the information which means we have traitor in our gang " I said

"They knows if they betray us they will only going to see is hell and who can it be?" Aaron said.

"I don't care but I want him at any cost and as soon as possible so, do what the hell you want but find him" I said and they nodded.

"Alex that nick guy from dungeon how is he?" I said looking at him

"He is almost heal now" i said

"Then let's have some talk with him "I said

Then we talked about some business and it was already 4 in the morning when suddenly knock interrupted us

"Who the hell is disturbing us" I yelled looking at the door.

One of my Maid came in she was the one I told to look after rose when I was in meeting.

"boss miss Rose is awake, she is crying and asking for you" she said and I immediately left my work and made my way towards my room.

I am back !!
