I'm going to extent this short story, so instead of the initial 4 parts I'll prolly end up with maybe 6 or more, unsure at this time. I'm glad your enjoying this short story!! <3

Darkness
That's all my dreams have turned into since the end of the holy war, since the male goddess joined us.
Suddenly a soft quiet male voice came over the darkness. 'Kora'
What's this so suddenly? Why now all the sudden. Looking around into the darkness, trying to look deeper, trying to find something that can explain this to me.
An image started coming through the darkness. Gazing in slowly, only starting to pick out pieces of this scene.
It starts as a grassy field, tall yellow grass forming in my mind. A forest lining this small patch of field, thick tall trees forming a perfect circle around the tall grass. A few random wildflowers, some bright yellow with dark middles, some pink and sweet, and a few baby blue. All scattered randomly in the grass, poking through to get sun.
Fixated on the grass and beautiful flowers, I hadn't noticed the sky and other details come to view. Admiring one small blue flower, before looking up, hoping to see a gorgeous bright blue sky to match the scenery. My hopes were ripped away as I come to see the sky dark, not as of it were night, but as if covered in dirt. The dark sad clouds, the sky coated in a thick blanket of browns and greys. The sun just barely seeping through.
Horrified by the sight, how could this be, why was this so real? Sounds of exploding and screaming in the distance. But this doesn't feel like any dream, this feels real, like I've been here or seen this before, but where?
"There you are, sorry I took so long, brother wouldn't let me leave"
the voice so familiar it hurts my chest. The sound of the male voice makes my throat tight, tears threaten to escape, but why? Slowly I turn to meet this person. My eyes widen at the sight, the same stiff white pants, that same stiff white shirt. His long silver hair and scruffy chin, and the four wings coming from his back.
'Mael?'

My eyes shot open, looking up to the ceiling. I was back in my room at the boar hat. How did I get back here?
A sudden ache reached my head, making me groan and place my hand carefully on my forehead. Sitting up and dropping my hands into my lap.
"What was that so suddenly...maybe he would know, is he mael?"
Sighing to myself, I have so many questions. Maybe I should ask Elizabeth first. Maybe Meliodas. I don't even know anymore.
I sigh once more and get up from the bed, changing my clothes since they still have blood on them. Going through the drawers of clothes in my room.
"You've got to be kidding me"
Reaching in I pull out a pair of shorts and a cropped long sleeved shirt. Why does Meliodas have such revealing clothing? I guess work with what you have. I sigh and put the short clothing on, my legs show far too much than I'm comfortable with, and the shirt is far too short for me. Showing too many of the old scars on my side, stomach, back and legs.
Groaning a bit before heading to the door and out down the stairs. It was just the sins, some of the holy knights and the goddess.
"Hey your awake!! Feeling any better?"
The cheerful voice made some of the others look in my direction. Making me embarrassed, why does Meliodas have to announce that I'm here. Sighing and walking down to him.
"Mel, where's Elizabeth?"
I asked softly, not wanting anymore eyes on me. He looked to me from the opposite direction of the bar cleaning mugs. It's like nothing really changed with him.
"She went to the castle for a bit, she should be back soon, why what's up?"
He stopped cleaning and gave me his attention, it was kinda awkward. I sigh and look down a bit, thinking.
"Can we talk? Somewhere else?"
He got serious and nodded motioning outside. With that we both walked to the door and on the porch. Biting on my finger nails, he's hard to talk to sometimes. Especially since he hardly shows emotion at all, I never know what he's thinking. How am I going to do this?
