Rescue & escape

Rain's Pov:

I couldn't help but feel numb. My mind keep repeating what El primero said. My best friend Ferd was going to fight, and most likely...die. I immediately shock those thoughts from my head I can't allow myself to think this, not now not ever. I'm going to make sure Ferd gets out of here alive. I then turn to look at the rest of the bulls present in the barn among with Ferd and Lupe. Lupe was starting to hyperventulate. Ferd seem to be taken this well...calm? How on earth does he do it?

"Oh no, you got picked by El primero. Do you know what this means?!" Lupe said in distress

"A sword through his Mellon" Angus cried out

"Horns on the wall" Bones exclaim in fear

Machina made a few worried grunts.

"Exactly Machina" Lupe agreed with him, seeming to understand what he was saying.

"We have to get you out of here Ferd" I said with a small hint of panic in my voice. I must remain calm, losing my head would not solve anything. He just looked at me and Lupe. That same look from before in Morenos house.

"Ferd" I said warningly.

"I'm not leaving" Ferd said calmly

Lupe let out a loud beating sound and felled over "Your killing me" She exclaim

"Not unless everyone is coming with me." Ferd explains

I saw the hedgehogs high five each other with a smile on their faces.

"Sign me up."

"I'm in"

Machina made a confirming grunt accompanied with a smile.

"At least now they'll come with us" I thought and let a small smile appear on my face "But what about Valiente, sure I know he was a jerk but, he doesn't deserve such a fate."

"Okay now your happy?" I looked at Lupe then at Ferd.

"I said everyone" Ferd said with a small smile accompanied his face.

"Well we might as well get going" I said "What's the plan Ferd?"

After Ferd explained the plan, everyone went to their positions. The hedgehogs were able to lock the "Ponies"(as Valiente would call them) inside their own barn. And then we we're able to get rid of the fence thanks to Machina eating it. No idea how he didn't get shocked like Ferd did but ok? Anyways the rest of the bulls are holding the door of the ponies while me and Ferd go to where the chop house is to rescue Valiente. Hopefully all turns out well.

As me and Ferd move around slowly moved around the chop house. Once we we're inside, it just gave you an unwanted scary feeling.

"Cal- I mean Valiente, Valiente where are you" I yelled out in a whisper voice

Me and Ferd continue to call his name a few times, until we were able to spot him when he spoke out to us.

"What are you doing here" Valiente ask his tone of voice seemed defeated, with his back to us.

"What do you think hot head" I exclaim

"We're getting you out of here" Ferd said and proceed into getting rid of the metal fence. Once off he turn to Valiente.

"Come on we don't have a lot of time." Ferd said urgently

"Don't you get it. Look at me I'm already finish." valiente yelled out as us and looked away. His eyes seem to show pain, sadness, defeat, and anger.
