Rains Pov:

It was a long ride. At first the human's tried to get me out of the truck where Ferd was but they stop when they realize how futile it was. They didn't get the rope off my neck due to the fact I would fight and bite them. We were on the road for a long time that, night had finally came. I was lying down on the floor trying to think of a escape plan but so far I came up with nothing. I sighed and at the corner of my eye I see Ferd's dejected face. The moment they put him in here he was so silent. It makes me worry but I didn't know what to say and I didn't want to give him false hope. I finally felt the truck slow to a stop and got up to look through the windows to see where we are. It looked like a ranch of some sort. I turned to look at Ferd and saw him already up and had a panic look on his face when he saw the statue of a bull.

"No no no no I can't be back here. Stop the truck there has been a mistake" Ferd began moving around frantically

"Whoa whoa Ferd calm down before you hurt yourself-" I guess my words didn't help as Ferd still was frantically moving around.

"Stop the truck stop the truck stop the-" before Ferd could finish his sentence the truck abruptly stopped causing Ferd to hit his head on the side of the truck and get his horns stuck. The abrupt stop of the truck made me hit my right side "ouch".

"Ferd wait. Hold up buddy your horns got stuck" I said and moving the rope around my neck out of the way then, made my way over to him. "try gently turning your head to the side and pull back."

Ferd tried to follow my advice but it didn't seem to be working. No matter how hard he pulled his horns wouldn't get unstuck. While this was happening I began hearing the human's running about saying something among the lines of "I told you he was a beast" "Get the calming goat" "where's the calming goat"

Moments later they open the door and quickly closed it after they tossed a goat in.

"Ouch that's nice way to treat a lady guys" said the goat

"Are you okay?" I ask

"Yeah I fine- wait your not a bull your a horse. What are you doing in here?" said the goat looking surprised

"Its a long story"
"Who's that" I heard Ferd ask

"Easy Ferd its just a goat.. uh sorry what's your name?"

"Wow your actually a nice horse unlike the other's here. Oh the names Lupe I'm going to be your calming goat" says Lupe and began to make her way to where Ferd was.

"My calming goat?" Ferd says looking (or tried) at Lupe

"That's right I'm here to sooth you. So you can mage and goth later. Lets try some breathing exercise shall we"

"Uh Lupe I don't think that's necessary-" I began only to be cut off by her not so well breathing exercise.

"In. Out. In. Out.." Lupe began yelling it close to where Ferd's ear was. I couldn't help but pin my ears back, It took all my will power not to cringe. This isn't helping at all.

"Lupe I don't think that's helping Ferd at all" I deadpan looking at her expression less face and raised eyebrow.

"Yup seriously not helping" Ferd agreed and started to pull forcefully against the truck.

"Yeah well maybe your not helping." Lupe says and angrily began stopping around "No one ever thinks about the stinky calming goat. Right. Okay now I got to calm myself down"

"Wait Lupe -" I didn't bother to finish as she began doing her "breathing exercise". Oh boy this is going to be a long night. Unfortunately with me paying attention to Lupe I didn't see Ferd get loose and bump into me and Lupe, causing the door to swing open.
