Lucy POV
"What do you mean you can't leave?" He asks, tilting his head in confusement. Is he an idiot?
"You are defiantly not from around here." I mutter under my breath.
"Look, things go a different way than where you're from. You don't just leave your home, your family, one day just because. That's not how it works in Clover." I tell him. He starts to look a little upset.
"You think I just up and left!?" He gets louder. Maybe that wasn't the best thing to say. I sigh.
"No, I just know of a few people in magnolia who did. Maybe I assumed. I'm sorry." I apologize, lying just a bit. He huffs.
"Yeah, whatever." He says angrily and starts to walk off.
"Wait, hold on." I call. He stops, his flying cat floating above him.
"I never got your name." I say. He turns to face me. He's silent, his face unreadable for a moment. Until he smiles slyly.
"Well you aren't getting it!" He laughs and sticks out his younger before turning back around and walk-in off.
"Why you little..." I mutter.
"HEY!" I yell, chasing after him.
