Chapter6 Camping

Callum was getting tidied of driving, he had been driving for 3 days straight, they had gotten to were all of the city's were abandoned.
The car started to make a weird noise then just stopped moving.

"We may have to walk to the cost, it will add several days to the trip."

"Well that is super annoying." Rayla said under her breath. "Well I guess we should camp around here tonight, see if we can get the car working tomorrow."

"Let's take shelter in one of the upper floors of that building." Callum said, pointing to an old building.

"Whatever I'm tired Let's juuust gooooo!" Ezren half said half yawned.

"Let me go first, I know self defence." Rayla said

"No I should go first, I have the electric glove that I stole from Claudia."

"Rayla, let Callum go, if there is anything he will zap it to death!"

"Ok fine, Callum can go first."

Callum walked into the building, and looked around, there was nothing so he started up the stairs, he went all the way to the 4th floor, and found nothing, so he told Rayla and Ezren to to go get the camping gear.

As Callum finished cooking he called for everyone to come and eat.

"Alright we are in Asheville NC we have about a week of hard walking if we can't fix the car, also we need to see if we can activate the A.I box."

"I think I know haw to activate it, but Callum you're not going to like it, you will have to overload you electric glove, to give enough power to the box."

"Ok, I mean the glove isn't even that stylish."

"Ha ha haaa..." Ezren have Callum's joke a pity laugh.

"Let's do this, Ez go get the box, Callum set your glove to overload, ready?"

"Yes"

"Yes"

"Ok do it."

Ezren put the A.I box on the ground, and Callum put the charging glove next to it, everyone backed away, then arks of electricity blasted out of the glove and hit the box, the glove cot on fire, and the box started to glow light blue, then it began to change shape into a small dragon like robot. It looked at Ezren and clicked happily at him.

"Awwwww its so cute!" Rayla said I wonder.

"Ziiim, zzimm, Zim, zim!" The dragon exclaimed excited

"Well I guess it is happy to be awake." Ezren said exited

"We should sleep, I'm tired." Rayla said with a yawn.

After Ezren was asleep, Rayla and Callum sat on on the edge of the floor were the wall was missing and looked at the stars.

"Rayla, what do you think will happen when we return the A.I?"

"I don't know, I guess the war will end and we can go home, and be happy."

"That sounds nice, hay Rayla, I made another drawing of you."

"Aww that it's so sweet, Callum, I love you."

"I love you too, Rayla."

Rayla and Callum sat for a few minutes just looking at each other, thin Rayla and Callum kissed, they only broke apart when they heard Ezren.

"Wow, I mean wow, I new you guys hade a thing for each other and all but I didn't think it was so, just wow"

"Go back to sleep Ez."

"Ok"

—that morning—

Callum woke up tangled with Rayla, he didn't move for fear of waking her, but she was already awake.

"Good morning love."

"A good morning to you to Rayla."

They got out of there tint, Callum made breakfast, while Rayla looked for anything that might pose a threat.

"Ok all clear!" Rayla said as she sat down by Callum.

"The food is almost done just a few minutes, go wake Ez up please."

"Ok, HAY EZREN GET YOUR LAZY BUT OUT OF BED!!"

"Oww right in my ear."

"Ops sorry" Rayla said falling in to a giggling heap, as Ezren came out of his tent.

"Callum I had a dream that you and Rayla were making out, and then I was flying, is that weird?"

"Just a little" Callum said as his face turned red. "Come get breakfast Ezren we have a long day ahead of us if we can't fix the car."
