The skies were grey and it was pouring rain. Thunder could be heard in the distance. Wasn't Fiji supposed to be a nice a warm, sunny place? Something was not right either. Flak filled the sky but Kaga was not sure who her enemy was. All around her, planes fell out of the sky. Planes belonging to her fighter wing, the Sakura Squadron. Her flight deck was on fire. Torpedo bombers have attacked her relentlessly and she was flooding. Before she realized, she looked up to see a pair of dive bombers come straight for her. They released their bombs and she couldn't react in time. The moment they impacted her, she woke up from a nightmare.

"WAH?! What the hell was that? Oh... It was just a bad dream." She was relieved when she took a look of her surroundings. She observed Enterprise, sound asleep in the docks at the brand new floating naval base/city off of Fiji named Megaflot (Totally didn't steal this name). It was built by a very famous corporation. The facility was very nice and had many accommodations for visitors including a repair centre and a Takao Bell. This one ironically was not run by a Takao class cruiser, which was unusual. When the group first arrived, they were weirded out when the ship (Takao) they expected wasn't there. Well now that she is awake, Kaga turned on the nearby big screen TV and set it to the lowest possible volume so the other won't be disturbed. She was watching some world news and currently there was a live feed featuring Yamato at her space centre doing a press conference.

"People of the press, it has come to my attention that you all want to know why we of the Yamato Space Program could not save the Shinagawa District of the Tokyo Metro Area. We were currently working on a new asteroid interception weapon named Project Stardust and used it to intercept most of them. However, the project was activated too early and as a result, we had technical errors. One gun failed to fire and could not intercept the last meteor on time. Luckily, I was in space with a couple of carriers. They helped clear out most of the space debris and even prevented the last asteroid impact from causing a devastating catastrophe that could have been much worse if it weren't for their heroic achievements. We ask you for forgiveness and apologize for the tragedy that unfolded."

There was then a bit of talk about the event that made Tokyo lose its status as the capital of the country. They didn't know where the new capital would be but they suspected it would be Kyoto. There was a period of questions from the reporters which Yamato tried to answer, including compensation for survivors. Then, she closed off with a statement.

"Saying this again, I would like to thank those who went up to space with me. If it wasn't for you, this planet could have suffered far worse. And to the one carrier that prevented Tokyo from being annihilated, you are a true hero."

"A hero... Is that who I really am?" She questioned herself again with that statement. Throughout her journey, she gets called that, but she would shrug it off because a hero would not go after selfish needs like searching for a highly prized lost treasure. She turned off the TV and contemplated to herself why she went on this wild adventure. A little while later, Enterprise woke up from her slumber and started packing up.

"Good morning Kaga. We'd better get going. We don't want the Royal Ark and your subbo to be waiting too long for us at Midway don't you?"

"Right, I almost forgot. This is a nice place though. I'll give it 5 stars." Kaga said before packing up the fuel, equipment and Fiji Water. The two resupplied their aircraft and weapons and double checked if they left anything behind. Once everything was good, they headed out for open water.

"You think Ark Royal and I-168 are at Midway already?" Kaga asked Enterprise.

"Why are you asking me? I'm sure they know where it is and have almost reached it."

"You're right. I'm thinking too much. Besides, this is the last part of the journey. There are no trial, puzzles or bosses to fight so what could possibly go wrong?"
