Percy screws up

                                                                              Percy's pov.

"So you wanted to say...?" Thalia said. "Well I..." Percy's voice failed him. How was he supposed to say it? "Jackson I don't have all day so if you wanna tell me something you better do it soon!" "Alright, alright!"  Percy grumbled. "I really really like you Thalia." Percy said trying to avoid looking at her. "I have always liked you and I have known that ever since I heard the story of a brave girl who sacrificed herself for the sake of her friends.  You are great and if you don't mind I am going to kiss you as soon as you reach camp." "Wow." Thalia said. "I hadn't expected that. I guess I should tell you that I liked you to. Even when I became a hunter. I became one so that I could protect myself from you. At the time I thought that you were Annabeth's but now..." Oh my gods! Percy thought. She actually thought that this was real! This was worse than Tartarus! Well no, that wasn't true. Tartarus was worse than almost everything. Maybe the two things were on the same level. "Should I tell her?" Percy mouthed at the others. The son of Poseidon was starting to get angry. Everyone else thought this was funny! Like, he hadn't expected anything else from The Stoles and Leo but he was surprised that Annabeth would laugh at this. Thalia was one of her best friends. Gods, he didn't know what to do. he was going to kill Calypso when this was over! Or could she even die? She was immortal on that island so...Gods Percy concentrate! He must have been staring at Thalia cause she was starting to look nervous. "Percy what does this mean?" Thalia asked. "I don't  know what it means but why don't you forget about this whole thing. Bye!" Oh gods, Percy thought. What have I done!? "What have you done?!" Piper exclaimed. "Yeah Percy even I know that that was hopeless." Leo said. The whole lot of them stared at him like they had seen a ghost.  "I don't know what I did! I am terrible at stressful situations!" "Oh really?" Annabeth said. her voice sounded sarcastic. "I would never have guessed." "But serious guys what should I do?" "I don't know." Calypso said. "Personally I am looking forward to Thalia coming to camp so you can talk." "Yeah" Leo started to say. "If I were you Jackson, I would enjoy the last day of my  life." "Yeah well that's all well and good but it's almost 1:00 in the morning and if Chiron sees us we will probably be forced to clean the stables for a month. Remember last time?" "You're right as always Annie" Percy said. "Everyone out of my cabin! Well, except you Annabeth." Percy said. Annabeth rolled her eyes but stayed where she was. "Good night everyone!" Leo said but Will interrupted him. "Where are you heading Valdez?" He asked. "To my cabin with Calypso." "No you are not." Will said and started smiling. That looked really creepy to Percy. "You are going to spend the night with your wife at the big house." "Right." Leo said. "Sorry Sunshine." Calypso's face darkened. "Do NOT call me Sunshine! It's ok though.  Now I'll have the bed to myself!" As everyone started walking out the door Percy got more and more worried about Thalia...

                                                                                            Reyna's pov.

Reyna was feeling cheerful right until she stepped into her room at the big house. when she stepped in she saw the one person that she didn't want to see. Leo Valdez. "Get out!" she yelled. "You are NOT supposed to be in here!" "Newsflash! Actually I am supposed to be here since Solace made us pretend that we were married remember? "How could I forget?" Reyna syed but Valdez was right. It was a part of the game. "You can sleep on the floor. There is supposed to be a mattress in the closet. She pointed to the right where the closet stood. "Sounds good!" Leo gave her a thumbs up. He went over to the dark oakwood closet and poked his head inside. "Um... Reyna there isn't any mattress." "What do you mean?" "I mean there are no mattresses in the closet!" Reyna walked over to where Leo was standing. She looked into the closet and just as Leo had said there was indeed no mattress in the closet. "That's ok." Reyna said. "I'll just ask Chiron for one." So she walked out the door and went straight towards Chiron's office. "Hello Reyna, can I help you with anything?" "Yes, I was just wondering if you had any spare mattresses?" Chiron arched his brows. "I thought you slept alone?" Reyna's face turned as red as a tomato. "I do certainly I just..." Reyna tried to find a believable exclamation. "I dropped my dagger and it ripped right through the mattress. " "Huh." Chiron looked unimpressed. "I'm sorry dear but Will from the Apollo cabin is using all the mattresses for the infirmary." "Ok, Thanks anyway!" Reyna said and ran out the door. When she came into the cabin Leo was just lying on her bed tingling with some wires of celestial bronze.  "No luck?" The son of Hephaestus asked and looked up. "Nope. Solace is using all the mattresses for the infirmary." "I bet he's having a good laugh right now." "So I guess you'll have to sleep in the bed." Reyna syed. "I guess so." Leo said. "I'll just get changed." Reyna said and went into the bathroom.
