Hey! I just wanted to tell you that for those of you who haven't read the whole Hoo series there may be some spoilers in this chapter.

                                                                                 Reyna's pov. 

This was so so so so so bad. Could it be worse? Reyna was standing in the bathroom and she was totally freaking out. She was going to sleep in the same room as the person who had destroyed New Rome and there was absolutely NOTHING she could do about it. Even worse she couldn't even get herself to hate Leo Valdez. It was like her brain was shouting: HATE HIM! HE DESTROYED NEW ROME! But her heart had other thoughts. She took a deep breath. Just get it over with. She told herself. She pulled out the ribbon that held her hair together and walked over to the mirror to see how she looked. Huh. That was odd. Reyna had never before cared how she looked. Oh well, she shrugged. That didn't mean anything...Did it?  Reyna walked out the door to Leo. He was lying on the right side of the bed. He had found his own blanket and pillow. Thank the gods. "Hey," she said and tried to act casual. Reyna walked over to her side of the bed and lay down. "Good night" she said and turned out the lights. Minutes after she could hear Leo's calm breath. She thought about all the boys she had ever liked. Jason, Percy, Nico... They had all been taken and she had sworn every time she got dumped that she would never fall in love again and yet, she always found herself doing so. She turned around to face Leo. He looked worried and that worried Reyna though she wasn't sure why. But then again. She thought, Demigods always had bad dreams so that was probably nothing. She thought about Calypso, The love of Leo's life. As she thought about her a fiery ball of anger started to form inside her. The same kind of anger she had felt when she saw Jason and Piper together. Jealousy. Gods no. She couldn't stand yet again to be in love with someone. Especially the one who had blown up New Rome. She sent an Angry thought to Venus. Why was it always her who got the bad luck? Having to run away from home at a very young age, getting caught on a pirates ship, meeting Octavian and having to fly over the mediterranean all by herself on Scipio her beloved pegasus that later died. Maybe all of that wasn't as bad as going through Tartarus like Percy and Annabeth did but at least they had each other. Reyna had no one.  As she thought about all this her eyes started to close and she fell into deep sleep.     

                                                                                            Percy's pov.

Percy couldn't stop thinking about Thalia. Even though he had wrapped his arms around Annabeth and  was covering his face in her hair. He was worried what would happen when he told Thalia that it had all been a joke. She would probably strike him down with her spear or shoot him with a lightning bolt. He felt really bad about it but something else bothered him too. Thalia was a hunter of Artemis which meant that she couldn't have anything to do with boys. Did Artemis know that Thalia liked him? Never mind, He told himself. Get some sleep.

When he woke up that morning Annabeth was already up and it looked like she had just taken a shower. "Morning seaweed brain." She said. "Sleep well?" "Sure." Percy said halfheartedly. The truth was he had been up all night thinking about his encounter with Thalia. "Worried about Thalia?" Annabeth asked. " How do you do that?" "Maybe it has something to do with my grandmother being the goddess of deep thought." "Probably." Percy mumbled. In the distance a horn blew. "Come on Percy, we're late for breakfast!"  

When they arrived at the dining pavilion Chiron gave them a stern look like - How come you two are arriving at the same time as if you have spent the night together? Then he shook his head as if to say- oh well. Percy and Annabeth sat down at their tables and everyone had just started eating when Chiron announced, "we have some special guests today." "Artemis has returned to Olympus for the great meeting at the summer solstice so she ordered her hunters to go to Camp half blood." As he said it a bunch of girls in silver dresses and with glowing skin came out from behind the centaur. Thalia gave Annabeth a hug as they walked by the Athena table and gave Percy an angry look. He gulped. Later, after breakfast Thalia came up to him and said. "We need to talk." Then she took Percy by the arm and dragged him all the way to the edge of the woods. As soon as Thalia let go Percy said, "Thalia there is something I need to tell you..." "I knew it!" Thalia exclaimed and looked sad. "You will say that you have to choose Annabeth. WHY IS LIFE SO UNFAIR?!"  She started to get tears in her eyes. Percy's mouth felt dry. "No, actually it's something else... Gods I'll just get it over with. Thalia it was all a joke. It was a stupid game of truth or dare game and... " Thalia cracked up. "I'm sorry" she said gasping for breath. "It's just...Your face..." She continued laughing. "What's so funny?" Percy asked. He was starting to feel confused. "I've known all along." Thalia said. "I don't really like you Percy. " "But.." percy started to say. "You were crying and stuff. It was so real." "Come on Percy. you know my mom was an actress. It's in my blood." Percy was starting to get really angry at Thalia. "There is still one thing I don't understand." Percy said. "Just one?" Thalia asked sarcastically. "Haha." Percy replied.  " I don't understand how you could know." "I don't think I'll tell you just yet. "A truth or dare game you say?..."
