Chapter Two

At the top is Elijah room.

I woke up to knocking on my door, confused at first as to where I was. I got out of bed and went to open the door. Standing there was a boy with black hair pulled into a bun and beautiful hazel eyes.
" Hey I'm Noah, I was told to come get you for dinner" he said.
" Hi nice to meet you" i said awkwardly. I stepped out of my room and gestured for Noah to lead the way. Followed him down the stairs, to the dining room. The dining room had a beautiful wood table that was set for eight people. Walking further into the room I saw five guys that I haven't met yet. A boy with dark purple hair bounced up to me.
"hey my name is Liam! I'm so excited that you're here, we're going to be great friends!" Liam told me excitedly. Glancing around the room nervously, I saw Mr Hunter walk into the room. "Okay everyone why don't you sit down and introduce yourselves while I get the food" Mr Hunter instructed us.

Everyone sat down, I took a seat at the end of the table that was by a chair at the head of the table. Besides me sat Noah and across from me sat Liam, the guy beside Liam with wavy blond hair started talking,
"I'm Ethan the one to my right with red hair is Alex and going down the line is Francis who has the short blond hair, then there is Zavier who is the one with dark brown hair"
"Nice to meet you all" I said nervously. Mr. Hunter walked in with some pasta, he served everyone the same amount, when he was done he sat down beside me at the head of the table. I started eating not wanting to be rude even though I wasn't very hungry. Across from me Liam was picking at his food, while everyone else was eating.
"Honey you need to eat" Mr. Hunter said in a soft voice to Liam. Slowly Liam started to eat his food.
"Good boy" Mr. Hunter said. I sat there awkwardly and occasionally talked to Noah, when he tried to bring me into the conversation.When dinner was done, Alex and Francis started to clean up the table and do the dishes.

Mr. Hunter stood up and said "Elijah would you please follow me" as he started walking. I got up and followed him, we reached an oak door at the end of the kitchen. He open the door for me.
"Have a seat please " Mr. Hunter told me as we entered his office. I sat on a white chair in front of his deck as Mr. Hunter took a seat at his deck. His office was huge and it had a book shelf up to the ceiling. The window was big as well.
"I'd like for you to talk to me if you have a problem, you mom didn't really say much for why you are here" Mr. Hunter said. I mentally rolled my eyes of course my mom is not gonna tell you anything, exceptionally if she doesn't know half the stuff I do.
" I'll keep that in mind, the only problem to my mom is that I'm gay, which won't change" I said. Mr. Hunter studied me and I squirmed a little under his stare.
"There is more to you that meets the eye, but I won't push you to tell me anything" Mr. Hunter told me.
" so are we done here" I asked.
"Yes you may go for now" Mr. Hunter said sighing. I got up and exited the office, walking to the stairs I got stopped by Alex.
" Um we are gonna watch Thor, would you like to join us"? Alex asked. " Sure, I'm a sucker for superhero movies" I told him. We walked into the living room, everyone was sprawled out on three different couches. I decided to sit on the far one at the end, when Mr. Hunter join us for the movie.

It was 10:30 at night when the movie ended. Liam fell asleep leaning into Francis. We all got up and went to our rooms, except for Francis who was stuck carrying Liam because no one wanted to wake him. Once I was in my room, I grabbed my Lord of the Ring book and layed on my bed. I started reading my book. This became a normal habit for me, since it seems at night I can never fall asleep. Half way through the book i started to doze off, it was about 7 in the morning, when I completely let sleep consume me.
