Chapter 5: The Cullens

"Dr. Cullen, can we talk?" Jason asks. "Yes, sure," Carlisle replied. They went to Carlisle's office. "Carlisle, do you recognize this girl?" Jason asks showing the picture of Bree Tanner. "If I was you I would think carefully before answering," Jason replied warning Carlisle. "Yes, I saw her. I know you reopen the investigation on the killings that happen 12 years ago," Carlisle replied. "Yes, I am. I know a woman name Victoria is responsible for the killings. I also know that Victoria started a cult and was kidnapping kids to force them to join her cult. Victoria was angry with you Carlisle and your family and wanted revenge. Victoria was using her followers to help her kill your family," Jason replied.

"Why was Victoria trying to kill you and your family?" Jason asks Carlisle. "Victoria's lover James try to kill Bella. We kill James to protect Bella and Victoria wanted us to pay for killing her lover," Carlisle replied. "Why didn't you killed Victoria as well? You knew Victoria might of wanted revenge against you and your family," Jason replied. "We did not think Victoria was a threat to us," Carlisle replied. "Victoria was a threat. She commit cold-blooded murder. Victoria also kidnaps children and turn them into cold-blooded murderers too. You could have done something before the killings start happening in Seattle," Jason replied angrily.

"You also put yourself and your family in danger. If my colleagues find out you knew who was doing the killings and you with-held information from them they can put you in jail for being an accomplice," Jason replied angrily. "I know Jason we will be more careful next time," Carlisle replied. "I hope you do," Jason replied.

"How did you know about Victoria?" Carlisle asks. "Bree Tanner is still alive. She went to visit her friend Casey Cook after she escape and fools her killers with her illusion. Bree has the ability to create an illusion," Jason replied. "So, Bree was able to trick Jane and the other Volturi to believe they killed her," Carlisle replied. "Bree told Casey everything about Victoria's plans," Jason replied. "Do you know where Bree is?" Carlisle asks. "No, but I hope you tell the Volturi to leave Bree alone," Jason replied. "I do not think you have to worry about the Volturi," Carlisle replied.

The same pattern of killings that Victoria and her followers commit are happening again. Are Victoria and her followers dead?" Jason asks. "Yes, they are," Carlisle replied. "Do you think Victoria have a family member or friend that want revenge against you and your family?" Jason asks. "I cannot think of anyone who want revenge for Victoria's death," Carlisle replied. "I think we are dealing with a copycat or someone is still targeting you and your family," Jason replied. "I am going to tell Shawn we are not dealing with the same killers," Jason replied. "I hope you find out who is doing the killings," Carlisle replied. "I hope we do too," Jason replied.

Monk, Natalie, and Lassie

They finally found Bree. She told Monk and Natalie she was scared that Jane the blonde girl was going to kill her so she stays in hiding. "Bree, you have nothing to worry about. Jason already told Jane to leave you alone," Natalie replied. Bree went to visit her father in prison and they hug. Greg told Bree how sorry he was for mistreating her and she forgives him. Monk was determined to prove Greg's innocents, but how. Monk knew that Bree's real father kill her mother, but who was he? "Monk, in your last visit you were asking me if my wife have any friends. She did have a friend name Mandy Parkers," Greg replied. Monk and Natalie went to Mandy Parkers. "Hello Miss Parkers, my name is Adrian Monk and this is Natalie. We are investigating the murder of Rose Tanner," Monk replied. "I always thought Greg was innocent," Mandy replied. "Do you know who Bree's real father is?" Natalie asks. "Yes, I do. Bree's father name is Adam Rule," Mandy replied.

Monk and Natalie went to Adam Rule's house. Adam's wife Annabelle answer the door. "Can I help you with something?" Annabelle asks. "Is your husband home?" Monk asks. "No, he is not," Annabelle replied. "May I use your restroom please," Natalie asks. Natalie went to the restroom and saw a comb that she knew belong to Adam. She got a little sandwich bag and pull some hair off the comb. Natalie rush out of the bathroom and met Monk at the car. They took Adam's hair to the lab. The DNA test came back positive Adam was Bree's father. They took the evidence to a judge and the judge grant Greg a retrial.
