Chapter 7: Monk and Natalie

Monk and Natalie could not believe that Rose Tanner might be still alive. They felt bad for Greg who did time in prison for a crime he did not commit. Greg's lawyer told the judge they believe that Rose Tanner is still alive and all charges against Greg Tanner should be dropped. The judge agrees and dismisses the charges. Greg was happy. Greg and Bree were reunited. Greg promise Bree he was going to be a better father. Monk and Natalie help Greg get a job with the police. Jason was happy to help Greg get a job. Monk and Natalie got pay really well. Natalie gives Julie a big allowance.

The Volturi

The Volturi learn from the Cullens that nightwalkers were committing these murders. "We cannot do anything to stop the nightwalkers from commit these murders!" Aro replied. "Well, it is out of our hands. We just have to hope the human police are able to stop the nightwalkers," Marcus replied. "The Cullens say we do not have to worry. Jason Anderson is going to protect us from being exposed," Aro replied. "Well, that is good. I guess we do have some use for these humans," Caius replied. "Jason is not human. Jason is from a different dimension," Aro replied. "Well, that explains why Jason understand us," Caius replied.

The Cullens

Edward was not worried as much now. Edward was aggravated and angry that he could not help stop the nightwalkers. Edward could not harm a nightwalker because if he does he will be put to death. Also, a nightwalker could not harm a daywalker because they will be put to death too. Edward was happy that he did not have to worry about a nightwalker as much. Alice was angry that Adam Rule was getting away with rape. Jason told her that Adam kidnap and rape a woman named Cassie. Cassie's boyfriend Kyle wanted revenge. Alice did not blame Kyle. Alice hopes that Adam will leave Cassie alone.

Shawn, Gus, and Julia

Shawn believes that Adam Rule was their serial killer, but he did not have enough evidence. Shawn was glad that Greg was found innocent. Shawn was happier when Jason give Greg a job. Shawn, Gus, and Julia went to visit Adam. "Hello, Mr. Rule. My name is Shawn Spencer and this is my wife Julia. Also, this is my friend Gus. Can we ask you a few questions?" Shawn asks. "Yes, you can and please call me Adam," Adam replied. "Ok, Adam, do you know Rose Tanner?" Shawn asks. "Yes, I do. We were lovers when we were 15 years old," Adam replied. "Why did you take responsibility for Bree?" Julia asks.

"I did not think Bree was my daughter. Rose was not a very good woman," Adam replied. "If you did not have any respect for Rose why were you sleeping with her?" Julia asks. "I was never sleeping with Rose!" Adam replied angrily. "That not what her husband and her friends told us," Julia replied. Adam became so angry that he almost attacks Julia. Shawn came between them. "Hey Pal, don't even think about touching Julia or I will kill you!" Shawn replied angrily. "I like to see you try you piece of garbage!" Adam replied. Shawn becomes angry and try to hit Adam. Shawn hit a pole instead and broke his fist.

Shawn was taken to the hospital. Shawn's dad Henry met them at the hospital. "What were you thinking Shawn. Can you control your temper, Shawn?" Henry asks angrily. "That jerk was going to hit Julia," Shawn replied angrily. "I understand you were just defending Julia, but you could have handled the situation differently," Henry suggested. "I know Dad, but when I saw that jerk was going to hurt Julia, I lost it," Shawn replied angrily. "Julia, I was expecting better from you. You cannot interrogate a suspect without any evidence. You could lose your badge," Henry replied.
