*2 weeks later*

I'm currently on the way to the doctors office with my mom. I have been really sick lately and I just haven't been feeling good. We pull up to the doctors office and hop out. I look at the time, 8:46am. Lovely. We walk to the front office and I feel sick again. I casually make my way to the bathroom and throw up. Again. Me and Payton are dating now, he officially asked me out after our second date last Friday. I walk back towards my mom as a doctor calls my name. He leads us down a hallway and opens a door. He hands me a cup and tells me to pee in it. Great. After I do as he says he runs some test. He leaves us sitting there for about 15 minutes while me and my mom make small talk. He comes back and tells my mom he would like to speak to me alone. She leaves the room and me very confused.
" Miss Dolan....." He starts
" Kaycie" I interrupt nervously
" Kaycie... one test sort of surprised me, it seems that you are expecting." He says to me slowly
" w-what?" I say feeling suddenly weird, something is wrong.
" you're pregnant." He says to me.
Then black. Darkness. It takes over my body as my eyes roll in the back of my head. The only thing I can hear is a loud beeping sound.

* Graysons POV*
I am sitting in the car driving with Ethan, Payton, and Jackson. Until Ethan's phone rings. I turn the music down as he puts it on speaker phone.
" E-Ethan... c-come to the h-hospital." My moms voice cracks through the phone
" mom?!?! What's wrong?! Where is Kaycie?!" Ethan's frantic voice says quickly
" w-well we h-had to go to t-the doctor because she I-is sick. Until she h-had a s-seizure in the doctors office and t-they rushed her to t-the hospital next door." My mom cries through the phone, I can't stand it.
I look up at Payton and Jackson through the mirror and see Jackson shocked and Payton holding his face between his hands. Ethan is trying his best not to break down. I'm gripping the steering wheel tightly as I step on the gas and head to the hospital.
" we are on the way." I say as Ethan hangs up the phone.

*Ethans POV*
I'm flipping out. Why did Kaycie have a seizure?!?! I'm terrified. What if she turns out like Cameron and my grandma?! They both passed away from having a seizure... Cameron is, well was, my older sister. Until she had a seizure and hit her head and passed away. I won't be able to bare it..

* Payton's POV*
My heart is broken. What if she hit her head? What if she is in a coma? Or worse, she is in a body bag?!?!?! I have a good feeling Grayson and Ethan is fixing to know about our relationship. I can't just sit here and act like everything is okay.. we soon pull up to the hospital and I'm first out of the car. I bolt towards the hospital doors and run to the front desk. I ask her where Kaycie Dolan is and she tells me 3rd floor 104th room. I run to the room and open the door. Kaycie is hooked up to a oxygen tank with an IV in her hand. She is asleep, I walk over to her and sit on the end of the bed and grab her hand without the IV.
" Kaycie... babygirl... I'm going to need you to wake up. Please. You're my everything, we may not have been dating for long but I love you. I'm in love with you. The way your hair falls over you're perfect eyes causing you to push you're hair behind you ear. That cute ass laugh you do when you scrunch up your nose. The way you put everything else above you, like you don't matter. You do matter, please wake up." I say as I kiss her forehead.
" y'all are dating?!?!?" Graysons voice booms through the room causing me to put my hands over Kaycies ears.
" SHHH. You don't want to scare her into waking up. But yes, we are dating, and I love her gray. Please don't be hard on her, she doesn't deserve that." I say as I play with her hair
" Me and you will talk about this later. I can't believe you. I'm leaving." Grayson hiss through gritted teeth. Great.
I turn back towards Kaycie and she is still asleep. I hope she is asleep. What if she isn't asleep?!?! I need to calm down.
" ahh Mr Moormeier! You must be Kaycies boyfriend, correct?" The doctor asks me. I nod my head yes as I play with Kaycies hands.
" sir, I'm here to inform you on her.... other condition..." He says to me as he hands me a file and walks out.
I open the file and she her doctors report. Everything from the past 7 years is sitting here for me to read, my eyes scan the paper for April 2019. I finally find the date and search for what the doctor was talking about. Then I see it. Kaycie is pregnant. She is having a baby. My baby.
" P-Payton..." I hear quietly. I look up with tears in my eyes and see Kaycie giving me a weak smile.
" baby.." I say as I hold her in my arms and cry.
" what's wrong babe?" She says as I cry in her neck.
" baby. You're having a baby. My baby." I say as I kiss her lips passionately.
" I just found out. Why am I in a hospital bed....?" She says as she pulls me beside her and lays on my chest.
" babygirl, you had a seizure due to stress. You fell in the process so they brought you in here and ran test." I reply as I pull the blanket over us and hold her in my arms as I twirl her hair with my fingers.
" Payton. Are you even wanting to become a parent...? Should I keep the baby?" She asks me quietly
" having a baby will be a detour in life at this age, but I'm willing if you are. I love kids and I have always planned on being a dad, and I know you will make the perfect mom. It isn't my place to tell you to keep our baby, I'm not the one that would be carrying it for 9 months if you kept it." I say softly hoping she wants to keep our child
" d-do you love me?" She asks me as her voice cracks
" Kaycie May Dolan, I love you more than I have ever loved anyone."
" I love you too baby. I think I want to keep our child..." She says looking up at me and smiling
" ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!" I say in excitement as I grab her face and connect our lips.
" you little lady need to get some rest. See what I did there, I'm practicing for when our daughter comes." I smirk as she shakes her head at me
" you mean our son." She says as she closes her eyes and cuddles up to my side
" whatever you say, you can believe. But it is definitely a girl." I say as she closed her eyes and starts to drift off
" I love you" she mumbles before her breathing slowls.
" I love you too babe." I reply as I fall asleep before thinking the worst possible thought

Grayson and Ethan is going to kill me...
