* Kaycies POV, 6 years later *
" IVY! BABY, COME HERE!" Payton's voice yells to our 5 year old daughter
" COMING DADDY" he petite voice yells back as tiny footsteps come towards us
I look over at Payton and give him a thumbs up as I get my water gun ready
" IVY NO!!!!" Avery yells as she grabs ivy to stop her from coming down
" mommy. You and daddy started this." Shawn's voice says from behind me causing me to slowly turn around and see him with his water gun faced towards me
" no. No. No. Shawn, honey. Lets talk about this..." I say as I hold my hands up in surrender
" no mommy. Like shawn said, you started this. Now we have to finish it... I'm sorry but it's yours and daddy's faults." Jackson says as he steps out from behind his brother
" babe.... what do we do. We are outnumbered. You shouldn't have had so many kids.." Payton says with a laugh
" you know what. Shawn, Jackson, do y'all want another teammate? Daddy's being mean to mommy." I say with a laugh as I turn towards two of my wonderful kids
" LETS GET HIMMMMM" Avery's voice says from the top of the stairs
All of a sudden Payton is being chased outside while we spray him with water. He runs around the pool causing me to go into mommy mode and get protective
" OKAY. THATS ENOUGH." I yell loud enough causing everyone to stop and look at me
" babe, what's wrong?" Payton says as he comes over to me and puts his hands on my stomach.
Did I forget to mention I'm 8 and a half months pregnant with my fifth child? Oops  We decided since this is my last pregnancy ( hopefully ) to keep everything a secret. No gender reveal party. We are just going to wait and see when the baby is born.
" don't run around the pool. Ivy and Jackson can't swim yet. Avery and Shawn May know how to swim but I don't want nobody to fall in. The water is to deep." I say as I look over and don't see Ivy
" ivy? Baby? Where did you go?" My voice yells out.
" mommy! Look at me! I can swim!" Ivys soft voice says causing me to snap my head in that direction.
She is on a boogie board in the middle of the pool. Why is she so adventurous?
" No. No. No. Ivy, come to the side of the pool baby. I don't want nothing to happen to you." I say causing her to attempt to kick her way over to me.
I feel like I watched it all unfold in slow motion. Ivy's little body falls off the board and into the water. I immediately jump in without thinking. Her small body thrashes around as she struggles causing her to accidentally kick me in the stomach. I grab her and bring her up to the surface.
" daddy!" Her scared voice wails as I hand him over to her
He picks her up out of the water and comforts her as I groan in pain.
" Jackson, come here baby. Comfort Ivy. Okay?" Payton says as he puts Ivy in his arms causing him to nod as he rocks her back and forth.
" Kaycie? What's wrong?" Payton asks as he reaches out for me
" ahhh fudge!" I groan out. Me and Payton decided not to use bad language in front of the kids.
" babygirl? What is it?" Payton says as he pulls me out of the water
" t-the baby." I manage to groan out with a smile
" right now?!?! Avery! Call grandma Lisa and Grandma Joanne! Shawn, go get the hospital bag! Everyone get in the car!" Payton yells frantically as he helps me up and leads me to the van
" Payton, I have time. Calm down.." I say as I grab his hand to reassure him
" okay babygirl... I'm so ready to see if it's a girl or boy.." Payton says as he buckles Ivy's seat as the triplets buckle their own
" Payton, I love you. But if you don't drive to the hospital then I'm going to." I say as I squeeze my eyes shut as another contraction comes through
" okay. Okay." Payton says as he buckled my seat belt and puts the car in drive and speeds to the hospital.
We manage to get there in 12 minutes. I've had 3 contractions since we left the house. I don't know how far I am but I know I'm getting farther by the second. Payton puts the van in park and runs to get a wheel chair and nurses. I made to get out of the car as he rushes inside the hospital. I unbuckle Ivy's seat quickly with a smile. She looks terrified.
" ivy baby, mommy's okay. This is natural. Does anybody else need help with their seat belts?" I ask trying to keep my cool. All three of them raise their hands shyly.
" good luck mommy. I can't wait for our new baby sibling." Jackson says as I unbuckle his seat belt
" Kaycie I'm back!" Payton's voice says as he tries to get me to sit in the wheel chair
" calm. Down. Let me worry about our kids who are already born." I say as I unbuckle Avery's seat as Jackson gives Payton the hospital bag.
I go to unbuckle Shawn as another contraction comes along. This one is bad. I bite down on my lip as my shaky hands unbuckle the top piece of his seat belt.
" mommy? Are you okay so far?" Shawn's quiet voice whispers in my ear causing me to slightly grin at how sweet he is.
" y-yeah baby boy. M-mommy is okay." I say as another really bad contraction comes causing me to mumble curse words under my breath as I unbuckle the bottom piece of his seat belt and lift him out of the van and shut the door. I look over at Payton as he looks at me and smiles. I smile back as an even worse contraction comes causing me to groan out in pain.
" ahhhh shit-tacki mushrooms" I yell out as I sit in the wheel chair I look down and see the babies head already almost out.
" Payton. If you don't go any faster this baby is being born in the parking lot." I hiss as a small contraction comes followed by a bad one
The nurses take me away and rush me to a room and put me on the bed and immediately put my legs up on the stands while a nurse puts an IV in my arm.
" oh my.. Kaycie. The baby is coming now." The doctor says as a huge contraction hits me causing me to push
" okay, a couple more Kaycie and you are done!" Dr payne says as I push again
" okay Kaycie, on this next push I'm going to count to ten. I want you to keep pushing until I reach ten okay?" He says causing me to nod my head.
This is the first time I'm delivering a baby without the epidural. It hurts much worse.
" okay, 3..2..1.. PUSH!" He says before he starts counting up to ten.
Once he reaches ten I stop pushing to take a break.
" if Payton don't get in here I'm gonna kill him." My voice hisses laced with venom
As if on cue Payton comes through the door and by my side after shutting it behind him. He grabs my hand and starts whispering sweet things in my ear to make me feel better.
" Payton it hurts so bad... it was to late to get an epidural when I came in." I mumble as Dr Payne tells me to push again
" one more Kaycie, one more push" Dr Payne says causing me to let out a big push
All of a sudden I hear a baby crying
" it's a girl!" Dr Payne says as Payton cuts the imbelical cord as a nurse wipes the baby off
The nurses hand me the baby and they all leave.
" welcome to the world Isabella Hope Moormeier." I mumble as I feed Isabella suddenly I feel another contraction.
"Payton. I just had another contraction..." I say slowly as bigger contraction hits me causing me to hiss in pain
" w-what?" He says confused
" get Dr Payne. Now." I say quickly as I feed Isabella and try to suck up the pain
Dr Payne comes in and immediately sits where he previously was. He gets up and and runs a cold jelly on my lower stomach while looking through a screen.
" Kaycie.. there is another one in there.." He says slowly
" seriously?!?! Alright let's get it out." I say as I prepare myself to push again but he stops me
" the baby isn't positioned right. It appears that the imbelical cord is wrapped around his throat. You need an emergency  C-section." Dr Payne says as he gets nurses in to help me move to a different room.
" his? It's a boy?" I ask weakly as they move me onto a  rolling bed and Dr Payne nods as he  puts a mask over my nose and mouth and counts back from 10 slowly. Everything darkens as my eyes shut before I squeeze Payton's hand gently.
