What if someone trashed your office, but you wouldn't be allowed to clean it for a week because you'd be severely punished if you did?

I'd make that person clean the whole headquarters for a whole week, make them my training partner to torture them, clean the stables everyday, make them the servant of all soldiers for a week, tend the townspeople from theives, let them sleep in my office for that whole week, banned them from taking a shower, and intense training by Shadis.
