Gear nodded as Novak moved the crate closer. "That would be appreciated. I have to start with your spine. And I want to work quickly." He said simply. He already had his surgery path mapped out in his head. He was going over the details thoroughly in his mind as he looked at her through his goggles. "I'm not sure how long you'll be out so I want to get the hardest things done first."
Novak looked at her. "Are you sure you want to do this?" He asked. He really didn't want to shoot her.
Ben wasted no time bringing the heavy wrench down on the first man. Just as quickly he pivoted to slam the wrench upwards into the second man's chin with a sickening crunch. "We don't have time to complain. I'm making a judgement call here. And that dude was honest about these two." He said seriously with a deep furrow set in his brow. He grabbed the first man's gun and checked the ammo before moving out the door. "Come on. If it is a trick then it'll be an expensive one."
Wren started wrapping her long curls up into a bun, using her own hair to tie it into place. She looked at novak and smiled. "Im sure." She said easily with no hesitation. "It cant be worse than what it is. And i trust you and Doctor Gear. I know you dont want to shoot me. Ill shoot myself if youd like." She offered as she finished tying her hair up. There were a few more things she wanted to say before she layed down.
Vinyl followed him, still not trusting this option. "Holy fuck commander know it all." She commented. "I would ask. But i feel the answer is only going to be as disappointing as the last one." She said as she took of running down the hallway.
Novak shook his head. "I'm afraid that's not an option." He said as his eyes lit up again as he started activating hidden augmentations. He held up his left arm as it opened into a large black rifle like gun with whirring and glowing blue parts. "Switching to concussive mode." He said as the blue turned to yellow.
Gear grinned. "He is the gun." He said proudly. "I mean that's probably why he's so violent but he's a work of art."
"I used to do MMA for a little while. The money was okay but then the fighters became less and less human. I was also a part of the military until they wanted me to get augmented." Ben explained as they ran. "The pay sucked anyway. Not enough to get shot at." He made the appropriate turns until he reached the basement. "You ready for this?" He asked.
Wren nodded once slowly with understanding then. "Oh. I understand now." She said easily. She moved to her knees and then layed on her stomach before pulling his shirt over her head and setting it to the side. She couldnt very well be operated on while wearing it. Her porcelain skin was visibly soft and flawless displayed bare and hairless on the table. "You'll probably have to remove part of the harness atleast to get to my back." She reminded doctor gear as she settled herself down comfortably. Her large breasts were pressed against the table making it hard to get comfortable, a large portion of them visible on her sides.
Vinyl snorted. "Yeah. I take back my previous statement. Commander odd jobs. And fuck no im not ready for this. The sewers? I am not ruining my boots." She complained. A loud alarm started sounding then. "Shit." She swore before continuing to run towards the sewer entrance. It was a grate in the floor with a visible ladder going down.
Gear nodded. Oh if I'm doing this they're all coming off." He said seriously. "Once you're out I'm going to turn the antigrav table on so it's not in the way. Meaning I will see all of you. Is that alright?" He looked at her for her response. If it wasn't he would work around it.
