I was rather ill today, so I had to stay home from school. I figured I may as well make the best of this free time and post a new chapter! I really hope you enjoy it!

There was a sharp pain in my arm again. As I looked over, I found its source. Wilson, or more likely Icarus, had stuck me in the arm with a needle. I let out a strangled cry and thrashed around, only making the pain worse. What was he doing to me?! I looked closer and saw a tube and bag attached to the needle, and a red fluid dripping into it. I almost screamed when I realized what he was doing.

"You're... drinking my blood?" I gaped in horror as a malicious grin crept across his face.

"I'm surprised that you didn't notice earlier!" He leaned back and stared at me as if I were an interesting insect. "Actually, there were a lot of things you hadn't noticed. I mean, really. I used my partner's name and everything!" He began to pace. "But no, you had to be such a good, trusting little girl. Funny, it seems as though you always trust the people you shouldn't. Like Granny, who gave away your true identity to the entire village, and Trevor, the love of your life who killed all your little friends." I tried to sit up, but was held down by the ropes.

"You shut your mouth about Trevor!" Icarus laughed.

"Temper, temper! Anger won't get you anywhere, my child."

"I am not your child!" I spat. He smiled at me before walking over and grabbing the bag attached to my arm.

"This should be enough for the final dose." He took the needle out of my arm and applied gauze and pressure wrappings. After that, he took the bag and tore a corner off.

"Bottoms up!" he said. He tilted the bag back and drained it like a juice pouch.

"NO!" It was already too late. He tossed the empty bag aside and turned to face me. Icarus gave me a blood coated smirk before he shifted.

His limbs flailed in an almost comical fashion. His body twisted and morphed, almost as if it couldn't decide which form to take. I almost thought that something had gone wrong with his transformation, but when he began to sprout white hairs... that was when I fully realized that he had stolen my shape. Within a few minutes, a beautiful Arctic Wolf stood at the side of my bed.

"No..." I repeated softly. I felt my heart drop through my stomach as I lost consciousness.

I don't know when I woke up, but when I did, I was in a familiar place. Trevor's sure arms were supporting me as he carried me through the Facility. Worry was written all over his face. He set me down gently on one of the cots and knelt by my side.

"Trevor," I croaked. "He stole my form." Trevor brushed the hair from my face and cradled my cheek in his hand.

"I know, Ana. I know. Try to get some rest."

      "But..."

"I'll be here to keep you safe."

I closed my eyes. Right before I drifted off again, I felt something warm press against my lips.

"I'll find him, and I'll make him pay. I promise."

Icarus, why would you go and do that to your own daughter?! D: His evil surprises me, I'd I'm the one who created him!

Fun little bit of trivia: Wilson was originally never meant to be Icarus in disguise, and he was actually supposed to be a nice character!
