Chapter 2 :florida sun

I wake up to a big sign "welcome to Florida" I sit up a bit. " FLORIDA! DISNEY WORLD! Omg" my sister screams. My mom looks at her "I don't know if we can afford that hun.. we are here only for a year to two...don't get to comfy!" My sister seems kinda mad. I look at my phone it's at 78%. I go to Spotify and turn on my remix. I look at my phone to see a text from my dad saying "come back! Please". I look at my mom " I think dad misses us and he didn't mean what he did...turn around mom please.." I say. She looks at me " no! Do u see ur sister and that bruise on her face! Never ever going back..." She says. I look at my sister she is slowly falling asleep then I look out the window..I think to myself why marry a man who abused u! I am really mad now! I wanna yell at my stupid mom but I don't bother to..I see a huge two story house and a tiny barn. we pull up to it and I jumps out of the car and my aunt Jamie jumps to me and hugs me. I sorta push away..after today I hate hugs and men! "Corey is riding horses!here are the keys good luck!" She says as she gives us some old keys. I smile " thanks aunt Jamie.." I say with a fake smile. My mom slaps my shoulder. My sister is giggling. I go to the car and grab my suitcase and my phone and then I go inside the tiny barn and I see a room with pink walls and a pink bed... must be for my sister! I see a room with a loft bed and I run to the room and drop my bags and see a desk and a loft bed! The bed is all black and the room is all black. I go run and give my mom the keys. " here mom" I say to her as she is still talking to aunt Jamie. I run back and go to my room and shut the door and lock it. New room,new school, new life. I think. I get up on my bed and lay down and slowly fell asleep later...i wake up and look at my phone it's 9:45 pm. I get up and start to unpack and her mom walks in. " your starting a new high school,hun!"I groan!
