Midoriya's POV
What was I saying? I don't regret a thing. Shut up.
It's not like I was forced to do this...
I was the one who became what I am today.
I have a mission, and I have to remind myself of that. I've been able to handle all the sound for a few years now, so I'm fine.
Completely and utterly, okay.

No one's POV
Todoroki stands outside with his head thrown against the brick wall of the building. He takes deep breaths and looks up at the night sky. His breath coming out of a foggy cloud. It's a bit chilly outside tonight... but he refuses to warm himself up. Right now, he can hardly feel the cold.
He has has hands shoved into his pockets, and his eyes were glossed over. Thinking.
It was a mystery to him how their simple conversation had even elevated that quickly, and he felt like it was his fault. He had known that everything going on wasn't perfect... why did he push? All he had done is upset everyone.
But then he began thinking about all the other things.
Why had Midoriya left?
And then he remembered that it had been his fault.
There was more to the story than was told...
The lash out... It hadn't been only about his name... there was more... so much more...
It really did make Todoroki seem like a monst-
"Todoroki?"
Todorki's shoulders jerked in surprise and then he look over to where the voice came from. There he saw Momo Yaoyorozu (Her name makes me want to hurl myself off a fucking bridge).
"Yaoyorozu. What are you doing out here?" He pushed his body off the wall and stood straight looking at her. She put her fingers together and her face glowed with worry.
"Well... I just wanted to see if you were okay. You ran out so quickly." Her eyes practically screamed with sympathy and curiosity. "You looked so upset."
Todoroki noticed her cheeks were flushed, and he couldn't be entirely sure if that was from the cold or something else.
"I'm-"
"Yeah I know." She interrupted. "You're supposedly okay, but you've been acting so strange lately, and I know it;s not my place to impose but you-"
A halt in her voice, as if she was tearing up. The half and half boy couldn't quite understand why she was tearing up for him. He didn't deserve the sorrow form her. She was such a talented and beautiful girl, but her she was crying over him. Or at least that's what he thought.
"You mean a lot to me!" She shouted with tears in her eyes. Todoroki blinked. He didn't need this right now. He stepped up to her, where she was wiping her eyes form the tears that had threatened to escape. He placed a hand on her shoulder and looked down at her.
"You're fine." He said bluntly. "I'm fine. Everything is fine. Stop worrying so much about me."
"But you-"
"No buts. You have to worry about you studies so you can be a hero, right? No purpose in dwelling on how I'm feeling." All he wanted was to be left alone. He needed to think...
She was quiet for a second. "You should come inside. It's cold."
"I can keep myself warm. I just need to think about a few things and then... I'll be in. Maybe we can grab a cup of hot chocolate form the kitchen or something and talk then." He didn't want to talk. He knew he didn't want to talk but there was only one way to get her to leave.
