Chapter Nine

   "I'm over in Washington trying to figure things out and I'm getting call after call about loud, flapping sounds coming from-! What in Uncle Sam's name?!" He yelled. Eclipse jumped in front of me and made me fall backwards, into Eret. He caught me under my arms and helped me stay up straight. "You! Get your hands off her! And Jenny! Get over here!" Fowler ordered, marching towards us. I set my hand on Eclipse's head, telling her to calm down, when she started growling.

   My eyes widened and I blinked when Eret pushed me behind him, glaring at Fowler. "Look, Muscle Man, I don't know who you are, but this girl is under my-!" I jumped and stiffened when Eret pulled his dagger out and pointed it at Fowlers throat. "I don't know who you are, Little Man, but I suggest you back up and stop reaching for that weapon of yours!" Eret warned.

   Before anything else could happen, I reached forward and grabbed Eret's wrist and looked up at him. He blinked and looked back at me, seeming a bit confused. I shook my head and mouthed the word don't. He glared at Fowler before growling and pulling his dagger away. "You're not worth it anyway." He said, fixing his shirt. I blinked and looked over when Snotlout and Tuffnut snickered. "And what are you two laughing at?!" Eret yelled. "Ah! Nothing!" The two men yelled.

   "Can someone tell me what's going on?! Why people dress as vikings here along with dragon's?!" Fowler yelled. "We're not dressed as vikings, we are vikings." Tuff said, like it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Look! ALL of this is my fault! And, because of my actions, my family and friends got taken by Megatron!" I signed. "So, can we please stop arguing and find them!?" I begged. We all turned when the monitor beeped.

   Ratchet walked over to it and his optics widened. "It's...Megatron." He said. I hugged myself and started shaking, not wanting to see the warlord. Eclipse let out a warble and nudge my side, watching the screen. "Answer it." Fowler said, Optimus nodding. I grounded my teeth together and stiffened when the scarred robot appeared on the screen, showing his shark-like-teeth as he smirked. The dragon's growled and got closer to their riders, Eclipse wrapping her tail around me and Eret.

   "Hello, Optimus Prime. I do believe you're missing a few things." I froze when he held up Jack, holding him by the back of his shirt. "Optimus! Don't do anything he says!" My brother yelled. "Silence, fleshling! Before I kill you and your pathetic friends." Megatron hissed. Eret had to grab my waist to stop me from running at the monitor. "There's nothing you can do to him from here." Eret whispered. Megatron must have seen my outburst, because he was smiling his spine-chilling smile.

   "Now, let's make a trade." He said, looking at the Prime. "I will give you all the humans, including your Earth pets, in exchange for the humans dragon's." Megatron said. "Including?! How many humans do you have?!" Ultra Magnus asked. Megatron smirked and moved out of the way.

   I saw Raf, Miko, and Mom in their own jars, then more people. A big blonde man then a blonde girl that looked like Tuffnut. The girl grunted and banged her shoulder into the glass, making herself fall over. "That's Fishlegs and Ruffnut!" Snotlout said, pointing at the screen. "Th-That means he h-has the rest of our dragons!" We turned and saw Hiccup leaned against a wall, his prosthetic leg missing. Toothless sat his head up and bounded over to his rider, letting him rest against his head.

   "Hiccup, you shouldn't be walking around!" Valka said, walking over to the boy. "No. I'm okay, Mom." Hiccup said. When they stood side-by-side, I could see the resemblance. "Here is the location of where we will do the trade. Meet there in an hour if you want to see your fleshings alive and well." Megatron said before he ended the link. I started crying again and Eclipse nuzzled me under my chin, letting out a whine.

   "We gotta get them back, along with the other dragons!" Tuff said. "But how? That giant dude said trade the dragons for them!" Astrid said. "And that's what we're going to do." Hiccup said. We all looked at him wide eyed. "Young man, I hope you know what your doing." Fowler said. "For the sack of your friends and mine, I know. We give our dragons to them, but what about the dragons?"
