A dark room, only lit up by a lamp, was the entry to our scene. A bulky man, possibly middle aged, was sitting in his chair, tapping his fingers impatiently. He was waiting for a "letter" to arrive. A door was suddenly opened, revealing a scrawny man covered in hands.

He walked over to the bulky man's desk with a slouched figure. He arrived at the man's desk, and tossed the concealed envelope.

The man looked up at the scrawny male, and gave a firm nod. The male left without a word.

The bulky man soon opened the envelope, and took out various papers containing jail recoreds, crimes, pictures, and information.

The bulky man began to read through them.

(M/N)'s mother thought that she was safe, But heroes found her, and annihilated her. They killed her, all while (M/N), at the age of 6, watched. The last known sighting of him was that day, before his family was found dead. He has not been found, but only recently appeared as an S-Class villain, allying with the Vanguard Action Squad.

Personality: When encountered, he is known to be cold and merciless, killing anyone that is on the opposing side. Not much is known besides that.

The man smiled as he read through the information. He raised his head up, and yelled a name.

"Shigaraki! Come here!"

Not even a few seconds later, the same scrawny male with blueish white hair, and dismembered hands all over his body, came in. He looked at the bulky man, and in a scratched up voice, asked, "So, what do you think of him Master?"

The bulky man smirked evilly. "I already love him. Bring him, and his best ally here. I have a... proposal for him..."

The scrawny man nodded and left the room without a word. The man looked at a picture of the said male in what seemed to be during the middle of a fight. He smiled, and caressed the picture with a finger. "Soon you'll be by my side, rider..."

"Soon..."
