You know that amethyst is a defect because she came out later then the other Amethysts,but my theory is that she is not a defect.
Amethyst could be the only 'right' on out of all the amethysts,but that means the other amethysts are 'wrong'.
This theory could also apply with Pink Diamond,as she was the only small damond, and we know that White is off-colour,so why can't Blue and Yellow be off-coloured?
This theory have no eveidence to back it up, but it just makes you think, doesn't it?
I mean, Amethyst is the only right gem,but not knowing it because she is the only one, and is ashamed of her 'defect' but she shouldn't, because she is the only right one.
Pink Dimond might be a defect,but she might not, because of the words I say in the upper paragraph.
This is crazy,I know,but I still like this theory.
