A/N : Alllright sorry for the wait. I was busy with school work and stuff like that :p

I'm kinda proud of this chapter tho, the first song! I recommend watching the video on top first, to get a better mental image of what goes where, cuz I'm bad at describing things.

Hope you enjoy, lovely readers!!

A week later, it was one of Gainesville’s rare snow days. Roman was the only one up, and as he saw the snow outside the big window from inside in the room, he quietly ran out the shared room, and ran down the corridor, round the corner, and to the smoky black door.

Knock-knock-knockity-knock

“Virgil?” he said, rapping his knuckles on the door.

Do you want to build a snowman,

Come on lets go and play

I never see you any more

Come out the door

Its like you’ve gone away

He sang in his sweet voice, kneeling down at the bottom of the door, trying to perhaps spot his little brother’s feet at least.

We used to be best buddies

But now we’re not

I wish you would tell me why

Now he was back at the door, peering through the keyhole. And then singing through it.

Do you want to build a snowman

It doesn’t have to be a snowman

“Go away, Roman.”

Came Virgil’s slightly muffled voice from the other side of the door.

Okay bye…

Roman said back sadly, walking away slowly.

Inside the room, Virgil was looking outside, enjoying the view of the snowy day, when suddenly, black shadows erupted from his hand on the window stills, making it turn black. He shrank back in fear, looking at his hands.

“These gloves will help, Virgil.”

Thomas said, slipping on a pair of black and purple gloves on Virgil’s small hands. “Now, say with me. Conceal it. Don’t feel,”

“Don’t let it show.” They ended together.

It was about two years later, when snow came to Gainesville again. This time, it was Patton that crossed paths with the door, on his was to exploring the rooms of the Palace out of boredom, for the 55th time, granted. So it was nice for a change.

He skipped up to the door, knocked cheerfully on the black door, and sang chirpily.

Do you wanna build a snowman

Or ride a bike round the halls

I think some company is overdue

I started talking to the pictures on the walls

“Hang in there, Sir Terence” he said, saluting to a picture of the Great Knight.

It gets a little lonely, all these empty rooms
