Adopting a pet

Hello I know you don't want to hear me talk so we'll get right into it!

(Patton's POV)

     I was really excited for today! Me and virg are going to adopt an animal today! I hope we get a dog!

(At the animal shelter)

As me and Virgil we're walking around I tried making small conversations with him.

"So what type of animal are you thinking about getting?" I asked.
"I don't know... it's really up to you." He said.
"Well you have to have some sort of say in this decision!"
"Yeah but all I really want is for you to be happy."
"Aw thank you Virgil! But still your going to have to tell me what kind of animal your at least hoping for!"
"Fine, I was thinking a cat but your allergic, so when I started rethinking I thought what about a dog."
"A dog is what I was thinking about to!"

So we continued walking in comfortable silence. We then came across the dog section. And I freaked out when I saw the cutest little puppy husky in the world! He had one blue eye and one brown eye. And she was completely white except for the tip of her tail which had a little black tip!
Turns out me and Virgil were looking at the same dog!

"VIRGIL DO YOU SEE THAT ADORABLE LITTLE PUPPY OVER THERE!" I yelled.
"Yeah I do see the puppy Patton but you didn't have to yell in my ear about it."
"S-sorry I got over excited!"
"It's fine. So do you want that one?" He asked.
"Yes that is a definite yes!"

(Later that day)
(Still Patton's POV)

     When we got home I let the little dogo out of her cage. She ran around the house while me and Virgil were contemplating on what to name her.

"I think we should name her speedy." Virgil said.
"What? No I don't want her name to be speedy! That's so boring!"
"Okay well what about muffin?"
(That's actually a freaking adorable name for a dog)
"Hmmm. I like muffin!"
"Okay muffin it is then."

(Later that night)

It was about time for me and Virgil to go to bed so we put muffin on a little dog bed we got for her.

"Aww she's so cute!" I said.
"Hm... almost as cute as you. Night pat." Virgil says to me.
"Aww your cute too! Goodnight virgy."
