Stay With Me Chapter 2

Magnus's Pov

Magnus listened till he heard the door bang shut behind Alec. He tuned uncomfortably, the bed now much too big without Alec next to him. Everyday was the same, he would wake up next to Alec, Alec would leave and all day he wouldn't be able to focus on anything but whether or not Alec would come back. When he did come back he would sometimes get a little spice out of him but, he was usually to tired for anything but sleep. Everyday Alec left. Everyday was another day Alec might not come back. Another day he could die in battle. The very thought of it turned the Warlock's blood to ice and made his heart halt. He longed for Alec to be back again. Even though he had just left. Chairman Meow leaped onto the bed and settled himself onto Alec's pillow. Irritated, Magnus scooped the cat up and places him on his chest. "I told you Chairman that spot is reserved for Alexander and Alexander only". With a hiss he jumped off the bed and disappeared in a flash off tail. Magnus sighed and threw off and got up. No matter how he wanted to mope all day he had clients. And some off those clients would kick down the door and set the apartment on fire if he didn't see them. "No matter", he said to himself. Maybe seeing some clients would take his mind off his blue-eyes Shadowhunter. He walked into the bathroom and began his morning routine. First mascara, then eyeshadow, then eyeliner, then lipgloss. Magnus had been doing this for so long he didn't even need a mirror anymore. He flashed himself into a pair of black glittery skinny jeans, a white shirt, and a pair of boots. "Fabulous as usual", he said looking in the mirror. "Magnus Bane! Open the door! We have things to discus", an angry voice shrieked outside his door. Magnus grimaced. Why that one first? He thought? She was so pushy and demanding. "Please come home fast Alexander", Magnus whispered as he went to greet his angry client
