imagine dans reaction when you tell him you're pregnant
you were phil's sister and you were visiting for a week, you stayed in dan and phils spare room.
on thursday night, phil had gone out to film a video with his mate and you and dan had stayed in. you got some beer from the fridge and dan turned on an anime. after more than a few beers, you and dan had gotten drunk and ended up hooking up.
it was now tuesday and you were back home now. you had been feeling ill recently and you realised you had missed your period. you rang your best friend and asked her to buy you a test and bring it round. 20 minutes later, she arrived and sat outside the bathroom while you took the test. positive.
tears streamed down your face as you picked up your phone, clicking on dans contact.
"hello, y/n. everything okay?"
"no. actually. are you alone?"
"uh, no, one second. phil i'll be right back. yh, what's up?"
"o-okay. you know that night, where we got drunk and we, uh-"
"yeah, yeah i remember."
"well..." you sighed, not knowing how to tell him.
"y/n? you're scaring me. what's wrong?"
"i-i'm...pr.."
"pregnant. you're pregnant...aren't you?"
you let out a sob that you didn't realise you were holding in. you heard dan sigh.
"i'm sorry...wha-what are we gonna do?"
"i-uh-i don't know. i don't know, y/n. but we'll work this out. some how. but... shit."
dan paused, suddenly remembering phil. how was he supposed to tell his best friend that he had a one night stand with his sister and now she's pregnant.
"dan?"
"sorry, i'm still here. i was just thinking about phil. what do we tell him. we have to tell him right?"
"yeah. we...we do."
"hey, it's gonna be okay. i'm, uh, im gonna go. i just... i just need time to think. i'll call you later and we'll figure this out okay?"
"yeah. bye."
"bye."
dan hung up the phone and placed his hands on the banister, and sighed. he had no idea what he was going to do. he had no idea how to tell phil. he had no idea how to raise a baby. but he knew that deep down, he wanted this kid with you.
