But there used the blood of Natasha Romanoff making them related. After a couple years of brutal training and torture Norman Osborn showed up wanting to experiment on Jack and make a personal Spider-Man for himself and made a spider to bite him and successfully gave him Spider-Man's powers but his webs were black and his eyes changed from green to crimson
