Peter Parker was swinging his way to the avengers headquarters after locking up Dr. Octavius after a long day of fighting him. He just wanted to rest but sometimes made his spider sense tingle, he felt like he was watched ever since he ran into the doctor. He decided to land on a nearby building and hide. After a few minutes he hired what sounded to be like webs being sprouted which confused him as he was swinging?
He then heard someone land on the roof and his spider sense tingled more warning him of the danger this person carried with them
Peter decided to surprise attack them and question them. He bent down low to jump out if his cover ready to pounce as the footsteps got closer.
He then jumped out

Peter: "WHAT TH-" He was stopped as the attacker hit Peter in the face with a web and pulled him to the ground and put a foot on his chest. Peter squirmed underneath him trying to get out but couldn't get out. Peter looked at his attacker and stop moving Ian's looked into the man's bright green eyes and tried to study his face but he was covering his mouth, nose and had his hood up
???: "Peter Parker?" The attacker said with a young British accent
Peter eyes widen at the mention of his name
Peter: "Wh-what!" The man puts more pressure on his chest and webbed his hands down to the ground and Peter started to panic
Karen: "Peter your heart rate has increased drastically, would you like me to alert Mr. Stark. Peter had to think fast he couldn't shout yes because then the man would get away. So he decided to respond to the question the man asked
Peter: "Y-Yes?" The man tilted his head Studying Peter
Karen: "Mr Stark and Barton are on there way" Peter smiled under the mask but was felt on uncomfortable by the man studying him
Peter: "Wh-who are you!?" The man blinked confused
???: "I-i am no one" Peter at him bewildered
Peter: "Y-your a game of thrones fan?" Peter said slightly tilting his head. The man's eyes turned red in a angry manner and lifted his foot and stomped hard on Peter chest pushing the air out of him and sending pain through his entire body
???: "WHERE IS NATASHA ROMANOFF!?" Peter's tried to speak but didn't know what to say, why does he want Natasha and how does e know her . He went to open his mouth but then heard a faint whistling sound and the man's eyes slightly widen and jumped into a back flip dodging 2 arrows that missed him and ended up imbedded into the wall. The man looked into the direction of the arrows came from and locking eyes with Clint Barton who was still shocked on how he missed. The man started to run in the direction of Clint.
*High pitched sound* *Boom*
???: "URGH" the man was sent into the wall hard, knocking of his hood and mask
3rd pov
Peter looked to his left and iron man was there and picked him up
Tony: 'You ok kid?"
Tony: "oh, mister stark hi w-what are you doing here"
Tony: "You called us, spidey? And stop calling me that, How hard was you hit in the- AAH WHAT THE FUCK" Tony was cut off by being hit with a web to his face, the attacker then ran in their direction and Peter started to charge at him. The attacker shot a web at Peter's feet making him jump and then was hit in the face with one in mid air and was brought to the ground. Still slightly stunned Peter stood up confused while the attacker grabbed Peters arm trapping it behind and then slightly goes behind Peter and backflips over his arm, wrapped his arm around Peter's neck and slamming him onto the solid ground and knocking him unconscious

Tony: "PETER!!" Out of anger Tony fired and powerful beam at the attacker knocking straight into the wall. Whole the attacker was on the ground, tony rushed to Peter while keeping an arm aimed at the man "Friday, call Bruce to keep him a medication set up, Peter is hurt" Tony glanced and Peter then turned to the attacker who was standing. But tony then frowned, it was a man, it was a boy.
He had short dark red hair with bright red eyes and a young face, younger then Peter's. But what also confused tony was that there was something too familiar. The boy glared at tony and took a step forward
Tony: "Step any closer and I'll fry you red"
The boy frowned and tiled his head at the comments. The boy glanced behind tony seeing the scarlet witch and vision on the horizon
???: "Your lucky I didn't kill the Spider, next time I will and then I will complete my mission on killing her"
Tony: "who" the boy didn't reply and quickly jumped off the building and disappearing into the night leaving and unconscious Peter and stunned tony stark
Peter: "mmhm dad?" Tony heart beat increased as he bent down to tend to his adopted son
