Tema continued to run riot around the arena, howling to the world running around like a wolf. The girls wondered what was wrong but Guinavere was ready to explain "it's time you girls knew of the Fusion-drive"
"you mean that thing in his arm" said Lucile
"yes the stone. During the time when the children of the king and queen of old were fighting they tried a method to unite the people. They created a stone which allowed the user to merge with another or more accurately when 2 people are of the same mind. The plan was originally to allow the children to merge with opposite genders to calm them down but something went wrong. The hatred of both genders wouldn't subside, men merged with each other to create a being drunk on power, while the women made a being which looked down on people even their own."
"but what's this got to do with Tema? asked Nikistatia
Guinavere paused a little before continuing "There were rare instances of people who acted irregularly throughout history. You know them as heretic's. They acted as they did oblivious to the actual state of the world"
"but when they saw what was really happening" said Lucile "it made them see what they really were"
"right. Consume with grief and loneliness they became...what you see before you". They saw the result in the now feral Tema still running around the arena "In the end they betrayed their desires and joined the rest of their kind which left them mentally intact but I doubt this will be the same and I hope it doesn't"
"what do you mean?" asked Sophia. Guinavere looked like she didn't want to answer the question.
Feral Tema howled at the sky, scratching the floor and continued just to run mindlessly around. Daekavich smiled and walked over to the feral boy when he stood still for a moment "it looks like plan feral was a success. Now embrace your destiny and attack those who stand before you" Feral Tema just stood there "what's the matter boy? Get rid of those before you" he continued motionless "are you listening? You should be furious with them now get rid of them"
Daeakvich struck him with his knife which bounced off harmlessly. Feral Tema turned to his direction growling and crawled towards him to which then he charged straight at him. Daekavich dodged but then he charged again quickly smashing him into the wall then he reared himself and open his open in which a beam of energy fired but Daekavich managed to dodge but it still left an explosion.
Sakura watched on "Tema, Tema that's enough". Feral Tema turned to look at her and charged straight at her. He struck her scratching her arm and then he lunged at her but Lucile from nowhere jumped and got her out of the way.
"Tema it's us your friends" pleaded Lucile but it didn't seem to get through. He stood on his hind legs and charged a ball of energy with his hands and thrust it forwards. Lucile reacted with her shield but the beam was very strong and it broke the shield sending them backwards, Feral Tema fired a beam from his mouth aiming at them but Nikistatia struck Tema which sent the beam skywards
"Tema come on snap out of this" pleaded Nikistatia but like before he didn't hear it as he just howled to the sky and ran riot again.
The girls all looked on at the beast which was rampaging around on the floor . "
"Sakura what have you done?" said Lucile"
"I just wanted him to pay for leaving me" said Sakura
"but that's not him"
"it has to be him. He acts, talks and even fights the same"
