Injection

(Y/N)- "Mark...no..don't...please" I give in, feeling a tear stroll down my cheek.

(Mark)- "Aww, don't cry. This won't hurt, a lot." I try to move away, he then grabs my chin and turns my whole head. "I could understand why you ran to Leon." I meet his eyes, and feel my face being squeezed. "Leon loves damaged goods, his first real love was Ada then..you"

He backs and eyes my emotion, he looks back. I focus my vision and see a recorder, I then quickly move my eyes back to him. Watching him slowly look back to me, he lift the syringe and sets it up.

(Y/N)- "Ada was first, I seem to be second." He stops and smirks, he pushes away the needle, just a few inches from my neck.

(Mark)- "It all started with your first mission with him, remember that? Well after that mission--" He walks around me, and laughs. "They had a little something." He waves his hand around, and comes near me. "That something broke off though, when he figured out that you're alive."

(Y/N)- "At least he didn't two time me." He changes forward, a few inches from my face with the needle. He looks down and then snaps his neck at me.

(Mark)- "Funny thing, he kinda did. He just put you off to the side." I feel his hand, gently land on my cheek. I watch as he brushes his thumb across my cheek to my lip. "Although I would never do that to you."

He then goes by my neck and tilts it, he pushes the needle in making me squirm. He takes out the needle, I feel my eyes get heavy. I then feel a stabbing pain through my body, making me grind my teeth. I start moving and shaking in the chains, feeling my blood sting. I then feel my eyes fall, I see darkness.

(Leon's Point of View)

I kick open the door, pointing my pistol at Mark. I watch as Y/N skin turns slowly yellow, I aim at Mark, seeing him drop the empty syringe. 

(Leon)- "Stand down" I watch as he moves to the counter. "I said stand down." He keeps moving until I shoot the wall by him. "What'd you do to her?"

(Mark)- "Everything. More than you could do of course." He raises his arms, and watches my movements as well. " I told her about you and Ada." My shake my head and grip my gun tighter. "Oh, did I screw things up with you two?"

(Leon)- "Don't" I aim higher, seeing him grab something from his pocket. "You didn't screw anything up."

(Mark)- "I know I did, I did your dirty work." He then takes his syringe and stabs himself with it. "Now, me and your girlfriend are gonna be monsters together." He smirks, I look away knowing I have to put him down.

I shoot a single bullet, seeing it go through his head. I put my pistol away and start looking for a key, I move the metal table and find keys. I quickly walk over and unlock her hands, then her feet. I toss the keys and watch as she falls forward onto me, I grab he legs first then torso. I carry her bridal style out the door.

I start to walk through the hall fast, watching her skin turn yellow. I look down every know and then to see if she fully turned yet. I walk over to the metal door and see it fully closed, I let her down in the corner. I bang on the door trying to get someone attention until I hear Ada's voice come through.

(Ada)- "No one's here right now. Come again after the tone." I groan and hear bullets go off in the distance.

(Leon)- "Ada it's Leon, I got Y/N. Mark injected her with the virus, I can't open the door. Can you guys open it?"

(Ada)- "In a second, we're kinda busy here. How long has she been infected."

(Leon)- "I'm not sure, maybe 30 minutes now?" I hear her become silent. "Ada?"

(Ada)- "We'll hurry up, just hold on." I go over to Y/N and kneel down, I rest my hand on her cheek.

I rub my palm against her cheek, seeing the color of her skin get pale by the second. He eyes slowly flutter open, I see the redness fill her eyes. She then raises her hand and lays it on top of mine, she looks down and up at me.

(Y/N)- "I-I forgive you.." She says in a dry cracking voice, he eyes linger on me before shifting over my shoulder. "Leon, behind you"

I turn around quickly, I stand up seeing Mark holding his wound. He smirks as he watches Y/N fall back to sleep. I take out my pistol and aim it at him, he then takes out a button out of his coat pocket. His thumb lingers on the red button.

(Mark)- "Everyone here is going to die with me, the push of this button releases gas. That has the virus in it. You're going to be first. Of course, bombs are placed all around. Just in case it doesn't work."

(Leon)- "Don't do it, you already lost." He laughs and  starts wheezing and coughing. "Something funny?"

(Mark)- "Yeah, cause you already lost." He points to Y/N, I quickly hear Ada behind the door. I quickly put the pistol away and grab her. The door opens and I quickly run out, seeing it closed on him.

I turn to the group, seeing them exhausted. I aim my head towards the main door, we run over I hand Y/N over to Chris. Seeing him concerned as I pull out the key card Y/N had, I swipe it and it opens the door. We run out seeing the elevator still working, we run in and press a floor.

(Sherry)- "What's going on?"

(Leon)- "Mark laced this whole building with bombs and virus's, we have to get out of this place as soon as possible." I pass over the key card to Chris and grab Y/N, I turn to Ada.

(Ada)- "I called in a helicopter, make that two. They should be here." I nod thanking her, she looks away crossing her arms. The elevator dings, we all run out. "Follow me"

We start going down the street, seeing zombies pile in more and more. Everyone protects Y/N as she starts struggling to breathe. We watch as all the zombies comes from the main building, with also B.O.W behind us. We all start running to the two helicopters, Ada jumps in with also Jake, Sherry, and Rebecca.

I climb the rope with Y.N barely hanging on. Chris get's up on the helicopter and grabs her from me. Jill gets on and helps Chris with Y/N, zombies starts climbing the rope I quickly see the helicopter take off. I shoot them and hop on seeing the bombs explode from afar. I run over to Y/N and put a breathing mask over her. 'I shouldn't have ignored you'
