Chapter 6
  " You my friend, are going to discover my top 3 places in this bland town." Parker says.

  " How exciting." I say in a monotone voice.

   " Oh cheer up Minnie, it's only one day of ditching I promise you. After this day, I won't drag you with me." Parker promises.

   " Uh huh." I say and I put my foot in the dashboard. Great, this bad boy got my ditching class. Whats next? I sigh, and I look out the window. I see kids walking around with their children, young couples walking around town. I would love to achieve that.

    " Okay, first stop, the best and only ice cream store you'll find in this town." Parker says. Parker and I get out of the car, and we enter the ice cream shop.

    " Hi, how can I help you?" A brunette cashier says flirtatiously. I notice her flaunting her under the knife boobs towards Parker. I stifle a laugh, and I see  Parker trying to avoid that view. " Two cookie dough ice creams for my girlfriend and I." Parker proudly says. Hell yea- I mean hell no! Girlfriend my ass, he has no right. " Let's go get a table babe." Parker says while wrapping his arm around my waist. I laugh nervously, and I break out of his death grip, and sit down on a table. I heard the cashier whisper slut under her breath as I walked away.

     " Girlfriend? Seriously? You could have said sister, or sister in law or even cousin. But girlfriend? I'm sorry, but I am not for grabs." I say angrily.

     " You're not up for grabs because I already stole your heart." He grins. I ignore him and I look at my phone. I should be in Biology now, instead I'm ditching class with his prick. Our ice cream was given, and we both eat silently. This ignorant douchebag thinks he can do whatever he wants, placing these labels on me.

     " Minnie?" Parker says worriedly. I ignore him, and I continue reading Wattpad stories on my phone. Who doesn't love reading free books? I feel a spit ball land on my face. I look up and I feel a vein is about to pop. " Okay, I will not yell. Because I am in a public area, but if I am ever alone with you. Your balls will be no more." I threaten.

     " I'm sorry Minnie. Okay?" He pouts. I accept his apology, and we both walk out. I walk ahead of him and I silently wait for Parker to unlock the door. He unlocks it, and I enter the car. " Well that was the first place I wanted to show you, the place is decent right." Parker says. I nod and smile, and I assume Parker is driving to the 2nd place.

     " The 2nd place is in a forest. So stay by me okay? You'll never know if anything might get you. And I don't want anything near my Minnie." Parker states. My Minnie? Ha, this is too easy. In no time, I'll be out of here. " My Minnie?" I question.

   " Yeah, my Minnie. You are mine and mine only." He says loudly in the car. My heart skips a little, and I blush. I look away quickly, I notice the area around us is all trees. The leaves look so beautiful in this weather, all the different colors and the leaves fall off, with a new beginning. Is this what love feels like? No, stay focused Astrid. Parker is your way out, if you get attached you won't go back to Gray.

    " Ahem, you okay Minnie? You went silent there." Parker interrupts.

    I look back quickly, " Yeah, I'm fine. Just got lost in my thoughts." I say quickly. I notice the car is slowing down, and it seems like we're in the middle of nowhere. This is it. Parker Jones is going to kill me. It's nice to know I'm gonna die twice in this lifetime to two idiots. I walk out of the car, and I notice Parker grabs my hand. I blush and I look down, and my heart rate picks up. Calm down Astrid, it's only hand holding.
