Tj's POV
I got to my house and the second I opened the door I felt a claw scratching me. Tambourine. Amber and mine's parents wanted something with something that was a mashup of our names. Amber was 5 and wanted "Gabby". I literally didn't care. My mom rushed down the stairs with her heels in her hand.
"Where are you-"
"Don't have time to explain. Ask Amber. Be back later tonight or early morning. Love you.
FEED TAMBOURINE!"
And with that she was gone. I yelled up the stairs "AMBERRRRR!"
"Wait a second Andi.
WHAT DO YOU WANT?"
"WHERE ARE MOM AND DAD GOING?"
"SOME RESORT FOR THE NIGHT I THINK IT'S FOR SOME BUSINESS THING."
I walked upstairs and into Amber's room.
"Can you like get off the phone for a second?"
"Ugh fine. I'll call you back later Andi. Ya uh huh. I'll text you if he does. Uh huh. Bye."
"Text her if I do what?"
"Woah self centered much? Who said it was about you?"
"C'mon Amber you're a lesbian it's obviously not about some guy from school or something."
"Get to the reason you came up here and made me get off the phone with Andi."
"Cyrus is coming over in about 15 minutes. Please don't be all weird."
"Cyrus." Tambourine purred in agreement.
"Yes my best friend. Nothing more."
"Whatever you say. Now let me call Andi back."

Cyrus' POV
"So do you want to watch a movie or play some video games?"
"Eh I'm not really good at video games."
"I'll teach you if you want."
"Wait seriously?"
"Yeah. I know it's kinda getting annoying but why don't we start with fortnite? I'll go first "

"I'd forgotten you had that side to you."
"What side?"
"I don't know. The slightly nerdy but yells at video games when he loses side."
