It's the same every day...
Wake up.
Get ready for work.
Drop off daughter at the babysitter.
Work.
Go back home and make dinner.
Prepare daughter for bed.
Go to sleep.

Wake up again.
Get ready for work again.
Drop off daughter at the babysitter again.

He's just...not happy.
You all heard of The Pursuit Of Happiness, yes? Well, it's in the name. In order to contain happiness in your life, you need to persist and pursue it. You need to persist and pursue.
Persist and pursue.
...But for how long?
He'd finished high school, gone to college for a few years. Overall, you could say he was doing very good. He'd saved up, putting money aside so he could travel around the world. When he was a kid, he'd always wanted to taste New York pizza, take a cruise through the Bermuda Triangle, see the Eiffel Tower light up at night, walk across the Great Wall of China, or even pet a koala in Australia.
Now that he's much, much older, reality had not too long ago paid him a visit. He'd completely forgotten to pay off his college debt, resulting in him needing to stay in Seoul. Luckily, he found a nice, small apartment near his office. It was an extremely small building, but it was just enough to fit himself, his fiance, and his 2-year-old comfortably.
He and his fiance had met in college, and almost immediately, they were drawn together like magnets. After they both graduated, they decided to make a future of their own. Not a mad choice on his part, but he does wish he would've thought it through.
He's not saying that his fiance and his child are holding him back from achieving his dream, that's not at all what he's saying. He just wishes that he had more time to think. After all, he didn't have a dream anymore. How can someone hold you back from nothing at all?
As I said, when they met in college, they instantly clicked. However, as the days grow longer and they both grow older...he just doesn't feel that spark anymore.
He still loves him, but...it's just not the same as it was years ago.
Kim Taehyung just...isn't happy.
The all too familiar repetitive ring of the alarm started yet another day. Taehyung opens his eyes, blinking as the bright light cascading through the window blinds him. He feels Jungkook's back against his, his warmth seeping through the blanket.
He groans, leaning over to lightly smack the alarm clock. He sits up, raising his arms above his head, stretching. He yawns, swinging his legs over the edge of the bed. He stands up, lazily marching into the bathroom.
By the time Jungkook wakes up, Taehyung is dressed and ready to leave. He had dressed Mirae and fed her breakfast. Once he'd packed everything for the day, he swung the bag over his shoulder before picking her up. As he opened the door to leave, he heard the bedroom door open and bare feet again the flooring.
