Chapter 27

As the night goes on we continue celebrating killing the Shaw brothers. I'm sitting at a table with Opie,Jax, Tig,Chibs,Tierra and Clay. "So Kayla I gotta ask why didn't you kill maria. Like when we first found out she was working for Shaw you were all for killing her." Tig asks as the others agree. "That's because she was waiting for me." I hear a very familiar voice say walking up to the table. "And who might you be lass?" Chibs ask looking the woman up and down. "This woman right here is like a mother to us and she happens to be Maria's mother." I tell the guys. "Now Darlin I'm usually following where you're going with this but right now I'm lost." I stand up and hug Ms.Rosales. "Ms. Rosales is one of the most feared leaders of the French mafia. She taught us almost everything we know. Now I was gonna kill maria but I figured why not call her mom cuz after all what she did is punishable by death. I figured her mom would want to do the honors." I tell the guys. Ms.Rosales hits me over the back of my head. "How many times do I have to tell you to call me Carla?"  Clay stands up and walks over towards us. "You'd really kill your own daughter." She looks at his vest then looks him in the eye. "In your club the rule is the club comes first. In the French mafia it's the same but we are a little more extreme. Because we're so close and tight knit any betrayal from anyone effects the whole system which is why it became punishable by death. I raised Maria by those rules she along with the twins where raised in the life to live by loyalty. So to answer your question yes I will really kill my daughter. Speaking of where is she?" I says as the guys look at her and then us. "We have her in a cell of sorts Happy can take you to her being that that's his domain." She nods her head ok. "I'll handle her tomorrow morning. I also have to talk to you girls about something important tomorrow." We looked at her confused. "It's related to your brothers and sisters." I shook my head clearly not wanting to even hear about them. "Yeah well we definitely need to save it for tomorrow. I need to prepare myself to even hear anything about them." I say. Later on in the night things are starting to unwind and people are slowly leaving or going to their rooms. Jax went to our room earlier so I decide to go be with him. As I get closer to the room I hear him talking to a feline voice. "Listen you have to leave. What we had is in the past. I got a girlfriend who I live by the way." He says to the woman. "Yeah but Jax do you really wanna be with her. She can't do the things I can." I decide to walk in at that moment. "You're right I can't do it like you can cuz I can do it better. On to the next topic why are you standing there naked in front of my man?" Jax looks at me with nervous eyes not knowing what I'm about to do. "Tara you need to go." Jax tells her. I step to the side closing the door and lean on it. "Nah she can stay cuz I got questions. Now back to you answer my question why are you standing here naked in front of my man? Wait a minute you're Tara as in the doctor? Ohhh this keeps getting better and better." She looks at me nervously but quickly puts on a brave face. "I came to get what's mine back. Which is Jax." I laugh a little "Sweetheart let me tell you I ain't forcing Jax to be with me if he wants to leave he can do so. But clearly he wants to be with me therefore I'd advise you to put your clothes on before I drag your ass up out this room and beat ya in front of everyone downstairs." I say looking her dead in the eyes. "Kayla maybe yo-" I cut Jax off. "Jax stay out of it." I turn to her. "So you got two choices get your ass beat clothed or I drag you out naked and still beat your ass." She stood there naked so I took out my phone and texted Tierra.

K:come to Jax's room
T: why what's going on
K: I'm bout to beat a bitch ass
I look up at Tara. "Oh you still naked ok." I opened the door left it open walked up to her and punched her in the face. She fell to the ground covering her face. I grab her by her hair and drag her out the door. While doing so I see Tierra walk up the steps. "T go in jax room and get her clothes." Tierra does so and I drag Tara down the steps. People downstairs that are talking and laugh soon get quiet when they see me dragging Tara. "Let me go!!" She screamed scratching at my hand. "Remember I gave you the option to walk outside but wanna do things the hard way." I say to her. Gemma comes out her office to see what's going on. I keep dragging her til she's outside. I throw her a few feet away from me. Everyone inside comes outside to see the fight. I kick and punch her until Jax runs up and grabs me. "Kayla are you crazy?" He yells I look at him breathing heavy. "I probably am but pushing me one step closer to the mental institution." I say and walk back into the clubhouse while Tierra throw Tara's clothes at her. Chibs wraps an arm around me. "Lass you wanna tell us what that was." I nod my head. "She was on Jax's room ass naked trying to win him back. While he stands there looking lost like he don't know what to do.i gave her the option to put clothes on she didn't so I dragged her out." Jax comes up to me some time later. "Darlin lets go to bed." I take his arm off my shoulder and shake my head. "Nah you can go to bed by your damn self cuz you may not have touched Tara or did anything with her but you sure did stare at her body like you missed it or something." I walk off and leave the clubhouse leaving Jax to stare at me as I go back to my own house.
