Chapter 8
*Familiar *

The hotel was a bit empty downstairs today, and Mark was in the front desk, while Jackson was in the corner trying to fix a lamp that he dropped just a few seconds ago. Just a regular day for them but maybe not so after the doors open revealing a certain individual. Mark looked up and his serious expression turned into a messy smile as he shouted,"YUGYEOMINE!!"

Mark ran from where he was to straddle the other one immediately jumping on top of him. Jackson watched quietly and shocked as his  boss began behaving...like a teenager. The younger of them, giggled and kissed Mark's cheek playfully. Many would even confuse them as a couple if they saw them.and Maybe Jackson did just that...

Some part of him felt...disappointed? As he observed his boss being a complete mess near this strange guy...but why does his name and face sound so familiar. Yugyeomine?that's most likely a nickname.

Jackson seemed a bit creepy from his corner, closely observing the man that just entered. "it's been a while hyung."he said, putting the other down, and suddenly a lightbulb appeared on top of Jackson's head.

Kim Yugyeom!

That's why Jaebum wants to meet with him on Saturday....The younger male felt a pair of eyes practically burning holes into him, but when he turned his head around and distracted himself from Mark for a minute he noticed no one was there. He shrugged it off, and ruffled the other's hair. "Let's go into my office! Jackson can take care of the front desk for a while I'm sure."

Yugyeom tilted his head to the side as he smirked. "Jackson?"He said as if he had no clue of whom the individual was, but his gaze changed completely, and the tension that formed in the atmosphere was quite obvious "Oh right...I'll introduce you guys some other time. He is my new employee.

Yugyeom nodded and tried to seem as unaffected as he could possibly be.

It's not that Jackson....

He is most likely an Olympic Fencer by now...and if he is around this area that means that he is also around.

He snapped out of it as they began walking to the office. Meanwhile Jackson peaked out from his hiding spot. "What are you doing?"suddenly an older voice spoke from behind him making him Yelp like a toddler. "Oh my! Mrs.Choi you almost gave me a heart attack."he said holding against the wall.
"Don't be foolish boy,you're too young to be saying that. Once you get to my age you will know the real struggle."she said poking him with the broom, she rolled her eyes and smiled."anyways I'll let you keep spying on the boss' life."she said with a teasing tone before walking away minding her own business.

"W-wait! It's not like tha-"it was already too late, she had disappeared inside the elevator, leaving a flustered Jackson behind. But this was not about him so he held in his mood swing  like the a grown up that he was an took  charge of the front desk.

Poor Jaebum....
