Chapter Elevan - The Window Shadows

     I leave the pantry, I see Harry waiting outside in the cafeteria. He rubs his eyes, looking a bit frustrated. I walk over to him, he turns to me. " well... welcome ", he said with a tired grin.

     I laugh a bit, " thanks for having me ". He leans against the table, with another handsome smile. I think Harry and me are going to be the closest out of all the people here.

     Zion walks out of the pantry fully dressed, and walks out of the cafeteria. I hear faint yelling outside the doors, " I KNEW WE SOULDN'T HAVE DONE IT TONIGHT!", Scarlett yelled. " WELL YOU AGREED!!!", Zion yelled back.

     Harry and I  walk out the doors, and we see an angry Zion walk down the hallway, followed by an angry Scarlett. Harry looks at both of them, " I never knew they had that kind of relationship...". Harry said scratching his head.

     I just shrug my shoulders. I keep walking past the door, " Hey where ya going? Our shift is over...". Harry said looking at me. " really? That was quick...". Harry starts walking down the hallway, I follow slowly.

     ," BANG!", I turn around, there was a big bang noise. I was really startled. " D-did you hear that?", I hesitate to say. " hear what?", Harry said. I shake my head, maybe I'm hallucinating.

     I stop and keep staring behind me, " are you coming?", Harry said, I keep staring behind me. " I'll catch up with you, I think I just need a break, you know?", I say looking back at Harry.

     ," but that isn't safe...". Harry said with a frustrated expression. He looks at the ground, then back at me. He smiles, " fine, because your new this can be a bit overwhelming... I'll give you a couple minutes, make sure to come back around 3 minutes ", He said in a caring way.

     I nod, he keeps walking down the hallway, and I turn back around. I walk slowly past the cafeteria door, it was dark, and my flashlight was about to die. I kept walking though, I was curious, what was that noise.

     It was so quiet, I could hear my footsteps echo. " BANG!", there is that noise again. At least the windows gave off some light so I could see. I see shadows at the end of the hallway,

     I start to tremble with fear, what are those shadows, then I look outside, and I see these zombies with disgusting, rooting flesh. I duck down below the windows, so they don't see me.

     I can hear them dragging there feet across the field, it was so creepy sounding. Then I feel a hand touch my shoulder, I jump with fear, I try to turn around, but...
